Yes. I have similar. I have 10 or 12 of the "blue" Ryobi tools and just bought a drill with spare batteries in hopes this would work, and have had no problems with any of them. Even with the chainsaw. I have to warn you though, the tools will feel lighter and you may think you forgot to put the battery in.

yes, and the difference is like night and day. the Li-Ion batteries are much more powerful and last much longer running time and don't go dead when not in use. Of course, they cost more. I bought the special offer 18 volt drill, charger and two batteries for $80 because the two batteries cost $80, so the drill and charger were virtually free.

KMRR4: The P 102 Lithium-Ion batteries that come with this product are for use with RYOBI ONE+ 18V cordless products only, so without looking at your other drill motors, I would venture a guess and say no...BUT, you can always look your product up online, and see what batteries will work with them.
As I said, this will work with ALL RYOBI ONE 18V cordless drills...not sure about any others...

Yup! The Lithium batteries work very well on the older Ryobi tools. Just make sure you charge them on the new charger. I don't know if the old charger will damage them, but since the battery technology is completely different, better safe than sorry.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Drill I always hear that the Ryobi cordless line will not stand up to constant contractor level workloads. I have had this drill for over 2 years and have used it for everything. Just this week I bought a Dewalt DW511 corded hammer drill to drill 3 1/2" cores into 8" solid concrete. The Dewalt burned up in the 1st minute. The little 2 year old Ryobi cut 3 holes in 2 hours using 2 1/2 full battery charges. I have not had a single complaint with this and many of the other tools Ryobi makes. Yeah, there are a few that are a little under powered but his drill is not one of them. ( I have 18 Ryobi tools. The 1/2" impact and the sawzall are under powered. They work fine but there is better out there.) Very durable, batteries are awesome, plenty of power, and you cannot compare the cost to any other brand, the Ryobi kills them. You won't be disappointed with this drill. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value Still working like new after more then two years of heavy use. October 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It Was Like Getting a Whole New Set of Tools! I had the old nickel cadmium Ryobi combo set for many years at my office, when finally one of the batteries went dead. No problem, as I still had one battery left. Then my wife wanted to use the flashlight tool (which I never even used once) that came with the kit, so I had to bring it home along with the battery and charger. Now, I'm left with the rest of my tool combo without any batteries or charger, so I went looking for an inexpensive alternative so I'd be able to use the rest of my tools. This was not only a fantastic deal for the price, but I was also astonished to see the difference the new lithium-ion batteries made. After the initial charge almost two weeks ago, and not being used at all during that time, I was cutting through tree branches 2 inches thick with the reciprocating saw like it was the first day of charging. The batteries and charger alone were worth the $79, and with the added power and lightness of the new batteries, it was like getting a whole new tool set with a free extra drill too. December 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great price, easy to use. Light weight lots of torque with the two speed gear box to drive in bolts. January 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Meh Good for light duty work on a budget (I.e, hanging picture frames, drilling drywall, installing odds & ends). When I use this working with wood, the battery lasts 30-40 min and tends to struggle on the hardwoods. The magnetic bit holder near the battery works when not using the drill, but anything still there when using the drill falls off more than it should. The similar product with the corded version is amazing, so it's not a 'brand' issue. I can easily torque-out this cordless drill on its highest setting by holding the end with my hand, whereas slightly more expensive drills are more powerful than I can grip the business end of the drill. This particular drill will just force you to buy more batteries and rotate often. This is one of those products where I feel it's better to do it right from the beginning by buying a higher end brushless drill. 3 stars because the price point is reasonable, but overall longevity and functionality of this drill justifies stretching my wallet for a better drill. Also, remember with the cordless items you're buying into the whole line of products that the battery will be compatible with, so consider reviews of other items that you might buy a year or two later. February 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value very smooth running motor. Actually bought this drill because I needed the batteries and charger. The sales person pointed me to this because it was cheaper to by the drill set than it would have been to buy the batteries and charger separately. When I started to use the drill, I found it to be much smoother and easier than the old RYOBI. I am very impressed with this set. Purchased two more to give as presents. January 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great drill This is a great all around the house tool. Very fit for your low to medium duty DIY projects. The level and magnetic tray are a nice touch. August 7, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product as usual from Ryobi I've used Ryobi tools for a long time, some of my oldest are around 12 years old and still work perfectly. These new tools, the "green" versions, are everything I'd expect from Ryobi...great build, great quality, run like champs. I'm a maintenance mechanic, been one for 28 years, and I've used Ryobi tools for some heavy-duty stuff and they never give me any hassle, always work great. Ryobi can't be beat for what they offer and the prices they have. This particular drill, works just like any of my other Ryobi tools...perfectly. I use it every day, the Lithium batteries are great, hold a charge for a long time, never lose power (until they die), and charge within a decent time. Definitely cannot go wrong with Ryobi tools. It's a great drill, lighter and smaller than the "blue" drills, easy to work with and a joy to own. I also like that the new chargers will work with the old NiCad batteries, seems to give them a little bit extra power and duration January 21, 2014
