CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 119 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not work with model 700r More of an FYI than a review, but if your current fuel filter looks like the one on the right, then this filter (on the left) will NOT work. I believe it's an MTD part we need. Gave one star to grab reader's attention only, does not pertain to the quality of this item. July 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Primer Bulb and Fuel Line Kit My Ryobi weed eater was leaking from the fuel line. I replaced the primer bulb and both fuel lines using the kit at Home Depot. It now works perfect ! The wire tool with the kit is priceless. Excellent product. I am glad I did my homework and took the weed eater apart before buying an entirely new one. Spend a total of $22.00 for a new 4 cycle engine spark plug, the primer/fuel kit and a new primer bulb since the one in the kit was to large. Be sure to put a little 4 cycle engine oil on the lines so they will slide easily through the fuel tank holes. Take one fuel line off at a time to keep from getting them crossed. June 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Revived my 10 year old Ryobi! I'm happy! My 10 year old Ryobi blower/vac wouldn't start anymore. It turns out that the fuel line had broken in half inside the gas tank (from old age). This rebuild kit was a tad bit tedious to get the second (green) hose back through to the primer pump but for the money this kit is awesome! It saved me from buying a new blower for a couple hundred bucks. August 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice simple solution Having read elsewhere online that the 10 year old line trimmer model I have is pretty much a throw-away item, when it started to play up and having already checked the spark arrestor as recommended (it was fine), I was mentally preparing for the prospect of spending a couple of hundred on a new trimmer. But then I stumbled across this kit more or less accidentally, and decided it was worth giving it a go before tossing the trimmer. And it worked :) Installation was straightforward. The instructions and diagrams were clear. And the trimmer is running smoothly again. I'm happy. July 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just Follow the Directions except You get every thing you need to make the repair including the pull through tool. The hook must be place inside the hose and should then be hooked through the small hole in the tapered end. It also helps if you put a little oil on the hose to get it through the holes in the fuel tank. 10 minutes and your trimmer is good to go . Disregard the cc mine is 31 cc and is not listed. Make sure your store inventory is correct by calling before you go. Call customer service to get the skew number first.. May 15, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worked okay This kit worked okay. The wire used to pull the hose through the tank opening was effective. A decent kit overall. July 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Easy as can be. Had my weed eater up and running in no time July 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy fix for a do it yourselfer! The instruction sheet was an easy read. The wire tool is the greatest thing since sliced bread! Without the tool, it would be next to impossible to pull the hoses through the gas tank holes. It's a great value and the engine runs like a top now! May 1, 2015
