A little short on the amount of fuel line pipe/hose I needed but I made it work none the less just a little more would have been better. Didn't replace bulb but now wish I had it developed a leak after I started using it now I have to go back and replace it.

Kit is for a Ryobi trimmer 25cc, 28cc, or 30 cc. I have a 31 cc and it worked great. Took me 30 minutes to figure it out and install. Only improvement that could be made is to include a couple more inches of line. I replaced the two lines and realized I had a third line that was also cracked. I was able to use the excess from the two included lines and splice them together with the small original connector I removed. Was ready to give the old trimmer away for parts but figured it was worth the $8 to attempt a repair. After starting the trimmer for first time with the new lines, it had a tendency to bog down with full throttle. After 10 minutes of use, I assume the new filter was completed saturated and it ran at full throtle with no problems. Best $8 spent this season. The trimmer works continues to be a powerhouse. And, I have to mention how easy Home Depot made this repair. Found the part on line, that it was in stock at the local store and even the exact Aisle and Bin. Walked right to it. Now that''s easy!

If your weed wacker, chain saw, or blower isn't working properly or at all, i bet the fuel lines are partially or totally dissolved. The ethanol in new gas dissolves the fuel lines. Check in the fuel tank the little filter in there may be loose and rattling around, or the line may be attached but ready to go...when you touch it it will crumble into little rubber bits. This takes about 15 minutes to put on and your tool will be like new....even if it downt fix yuor problem, for the price it is worth a try. I have recently done 4 tools that i was ready to throw away, saving myself hundreds of dollars on replacements!!!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Pete Saved me from buying a new trimmer !! Fit's Homelite Model 20006 perfectly :)
Fuel lines cracked at the same time, both the primer and gas lines were replaced in a matter of 10-15 minutes. Great product, buy 2 or 3 b4 they stop bringing these kits....I'm heading there now !!
Shops will charge you 5-6 times the price of this kit, believe me..Got it for 7.99.
I'm not too mechanical oriented but was able to accomplish this task and it saved me from throwing away the 10 yr old trimmer and spending another 100 bucks...

You get every thing you need to make the repair including the pull through tool. The hook must be place inside the hose and should then be hooked through the small hole in the tapered end. It also helps if you put a little oil on the hose to get it through the holes in the fuel tank. 10 minutes and your trimmer is good to go . Disregard the cc mine is 31 cc and is not listed.
Make sure your store inventory is correct by calling before you go. Call customer service to get the skew number first..
