Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another outstanding Ryobi tool I have had two of these since being introduced to the market. I used the first one almost 2 years before it was permanently "borrowed", the second is still going strong. This is one tool I did NOT recommend to friends as the tool spoke for itself. Six of my workmates bought these when they saw me using it on the job. There are untold dozens of screws to remove/install on CT and other bits of medical gear. This is the PERFECT tool for the job. Gentle enough for small metric machine screws, yet brawny enough to drive the occasional deck screw. March 24, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Screwdriver period If you are looking for a product that is versatile and can perform many tasks fast this is not the product for you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this product if you need a power screwdriver that is not lightning quick. It is just to slow for my needs January 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT LITTLE TOOL Small and lite, yet powerful for it's size and voltage. When I saw it had 2 speeds and a replaceable battery, I had to have one, so I bought two. I like the bit chuck the best, it holds short bits firmly. January 17, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Odd configuration I bought this in the store for mostly helping with electrical stuff like screwing in outlet boxes, outlets, plates etc. especially since it had a clutch. But I returned it. It seems built well and have decent power. However... Pros: Cheap, small, decent piwer, Locking bit holder is magnetic and can accept the longer lock-in bits. Cons: Tthe clutch only works in slow low gear. The bit holder is nice but the drill is so small I wish I could hold it to help guide it but I can't since it spins. They only supply very small non locking bits that will often stay with the screw.. Only comes with one battery. I really hate the over-sized triggers To me,. It makes it too hard to just hold and too easy to accidentally turn on. May be fine for some depending on your needs. March 3, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great screwdriver, when it works. This screwdriver is great, but it has a bad habit of killing batteries. I don't mean draining the batteries either, I mean permanently damaging a batteries circuitry to the point the battery will not recharge. When the screwdriver bogs down (due to a tight screw, low battery, etc), it tends to kill the battery right at that moment. There is a possibility this might be a deficiency in the batteries design, as opposed to a deficiency in the screwdriver itself though. September 25, 2013
