This little hand held wet saw worked great for me and my project. I paved my backyard patio area with PaveStone pavers and I used this saw to make all the cuts using one blade. The pavers are about 2.5inches thick so I had to make two cuts to get thru the 50 pavers I had to cut with the 4inch blade. I tried cutting the pavers dry but that took a lot longer and the blade got real hot. The water makes a big difference. This was a lot cheap option than buying or renting a larger wet saw. It is alittle messy when wet cutting so you need to be outside or in an area that your not worried about getting things dirty. It's loud too you might need hearing protection and be sure and wear safety glasses.

I purchased this saw as an alternative to renting a wet saw while I put up my backsplash. The backsplash had glass tile, stone and metal inserts and the saw had no problem making great cuts through all of the material. Was also very easy to use to make tight cuts like cutting out he boxes for switches and the receptacles. Great product and would recommend to anyone who needs a great wet/dry saw.

This is the first time I used a hand tile saw. Typically, I use the large Rigid brand saw owned by a family member. As I couldn't borrow I decided to give this gem a try. As noted in other posts keep the water pressure low and it will quickly cut through tile. I was cutting 12x24 porcelain tiles with no problem. I really liked the ability to make angled cuts as my current wall was slightly off square (what wall isn't). I used this saw only to cut the hole for the toilet. I would definitely buy this saw again, though I haven't had any issues indicating that it will fail anytime soon. The cost of this saw was less than rental fees for 2 days so even if it only works for this one room it was worth the money.

I originally bought this saw to cut 5/8" glass, did that very nicely. This past week I had come tile cuts to make around electrical boxes. I did not hook up the water this time since I was only making a few, small cuts with plenty of time for the blade to cool down. Straight cuts are no problem, I did several plunge cuts and even could use the blade to round out pieces like using a grinder with no issues. For such a small saw it actually has a ton of power, if our not careful when pulling the trigger it will jerk a bit like a full size. It's one of those tools I may not use all the time, but when I need it I have it, Its a life saver and is one of those tools you can brag about to the guys.

I bought this little guy to cut thru 2 inch thick flag stone to help my buddy with his walkway. He gave me a funny look and laughed that it won't cut. To both of our surprise this little saw did amazing. We must have made over 25 long and thick cuts and it did wonderful. I will be needing a new blade now but it was expected.

I already had a table saw-style wet saw, but I needed to make cutouts in the middle of large porcelain tiles for the electrical boxes. After wasting $30 on a carbide grit rod saw, a diamond grit reciprocating saw blade, and a tungsten carbide bit for a rotary tool, not to mention a half-dozen broken tiles, I bit the bullet and bought this.
It is very ergonomically friendly, easy to use, and is perfect for making short (less than 3") linear cuts as well as longer cuts. Don't make the same mistakes that I made - get this first!

I have put this little saw thru five kitchen remodels all with granite countertops. The first was at my house after getting a quote for someone to cut the granite for me I decided to watch a few youtube videos and bought the saw and it worked great. The only downside is the blade size, it cant cut thru the bullnose in one pass but that's not the saws fault. Granite slabs are probably not what this saw was made for but it handles them well!

this saw has plenty of power and the extra long water line is a nice addition. Water valve is brass not cheap plastic. I've been cutting cement block for a retaining wall so already been thru a number of blades. but there is no shaft lock so it is a two wrench operation to change the blade, so hard to get the leverage. And now the head on the bolt is striped so can't get the blade off.
