Answer:
Hi Kittycat123, this pump must be submerged in water. A water hose from your tile saw is your connection to the pump.
This pump is for use with the Ryobi tile saws WS730 & WS750L.
Take a look at the use and care manual in the info section on the right side of the web product page. The second page has the instruction of how and where the pump is connected.

Answer:
Hey PDMGreenfield. Unfortunately we can not confirm if this pump will work with a certain brand because we do not have the brand specifications. It is a standard universal pump and should fit most models on the market.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ryobi Universal Water Pump They made a wonderful change to this pump. I was simply reinstalling the hose back on the pump and the tip broke. The tip can now be removed and replaced instead of the whole pump needing replaced. April 13, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Small Pump Big Results The pump was easily installed and worked excellent. March 15, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Low price, but low flow and head I wasn't expecting much from this low cost pump and that's what I got. Head height with 1/4" ID tube was ~3 ft. Once I filled the tube with water the weight of the returning water helped it work, but the flow was minimal. October 8, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It works Needed a new pump and did not want to spend $$$ on a new one as this is a back up brick/tile wet saw. Grab this one thinking if it does not work I'm not out much. It did the job fine. Actually had to turn down the flow rate. Good little pump. April 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Working fine so far Have used this pump on my Ryobi wet saw for a few months now with no issues. Flow is fine for 7" saw. April 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Right product at the right time Needed a water pump for a tile wet saw to complete a home project and this one fit the bill. I didn't have any issues with its operation but as with all wet saw pumps you need to make sure to clean it out occasionally so it doesn't get mucked up with the tile dust and water mixture. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pump works well and stays put I bought this pump because the external hose fitting on my Ryobi tile saw broke(cheap plastic.) The pump does it's job of recirculating water to wet the saw blade and seems to provide adequate flow. It is compact and has suction cup feet to keep it a special spot in the tile saw tub. My only complaint is that the instructions are not clear on how to remove the cover to access the filter. It should slide off and clip back on but when I tried, I met enough resistance that I decided to wait until I really need to clean the filter because it feels like it might break(like cheap plastic) if I have to pry it off. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Not for the purpose but works I buy these to make my own water filter systems for my terrarium (reptile aquarium) in particular turtles. I ended up removing the filter media inside this pump just because I make my own water filters out of old tin cans / 2" PVC pipe. Anyways the reason I am stating that is because they have been going strong for a month and half so I'm sure a little work here and there for tile work it will keep going. I will continue buying these pumps until I find something better but for my purpose and builds these are the only pumps that currently work well. Something else to note if you use it like I do, you have to submerge the pump in water inside the aquarium so the reptile may not like it. Mine like to sit on it and just bask in the light.
