Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comes with everything you need I was just looking for a 2 1/8" drill (hole saw) attachment to install a deadbolt (in a door that did not have one) and I happened to find this Ryobi kit, which was not much more expensive than just buying the 2 1/8" drill attachment. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the results, as this product had all the different drill attachments and bits needed as well as a metal tool that fits over the door and facilitates marking the points that you need to drill in order to install a lock in a door that never had one to begin with. A very well designed, but inexpensive tool for a DIY wanting to put a lock where one had not been located before. Made the job easier and performed exactly as it was designed. March 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by this product was easy to use and understand I am a first time user and I have never attempted a project such as this. I was able to complete the job effectively June 3, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cheaply Made/ Almost Junk This is extremely cheap quality. I expected better from Ryobi. I would recommend a lot of their products for light homeowner use, but this one was way below expectations. Not sure what I expected when I grabbed this up since HD did not have any slab doors with holes already drilled that were not busted up so it was one of those rush "have to have now" things. It did bore the hole, but the bit was about as heavy duty as tin foil. All the bits in the set were dull and basically what I would consider junk. It did do the job though for one door. If you are needing something for multiple uses or if you are a contractor find something better. January 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible product I bought this Ryobi door lock jig thinking it was the same as the black and decker 79362 jig I used a few years ago. This is about the same price but instead of a real drill guide that snaps around the door this is simply a cheap piece of sharp metal. You have to pound it to place hole marks in the correct spots to drill. That's all it does, help mark. It was easier just to use my speed square to pencil mark and keep everything aligned. Buy another brand like black and decker or dewalt and stay away from Ryobi. Or simply buy the spade bit, holesaw, and speed square. You really don't need this. December 15, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Who needs a tape measure? Not me! This thing works like a charm! Follow the easy instructions and you'll have your lock installed in minutes. January 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Junk Stay away from this tool. Spring for the better one and skip this cheap one. The bit that's built into the hole saw is not straight and will butcher your door. I'm returning it. December 30, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worth The $$$ Purchased this tool and attempted to install a door lock until I slid this piece of junk on my door and the metallic rails scored and scratched my door. Seriously??? Stay away from Ryobi products, they consistently disappoint. September 8, 2014
