This was overall very easy to assemble. The only confusing thing was something called an antenna. It is really an unnecessary piece though.

fairly easy to assemble. the "antenna" perches require a drill and the company will quickly send you any instructions you need to install the perches.

It was relatively easy to assemble and I had to make my own adapter to attach it to an old pole I already had. It has been up for 3 weeks and looks great, even in windy conditions. I have had a few starlings try and get in, but they weren't able to thanks to the shape of the holes. No purple martins yet, but there is a nice home waiting for them!

The Martin house exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable. I put it together in 30 minutes and there were birds in the house in three days. GREAT product!!

Compartment dividers are made of what feels like waxed cardboard paper.
It is a nightmare to clean the top 4, attic compartments.
When the description says mount on Tri-Tel Pole, this means it 'Requires' a special triangle shape pole sold separately at an additional cost of about $46.95
I would not recommend any S$K product that has attic compartments.

I expected the bird house to be something other than plastic. After putting it together it appears to be well constructed.and should last.
