Answer:
Absolutely. This product can seal a pool leak while the pool is full of water. But it is HOT stuff, chemically speaking. Protect your skin, lungs, and eyes! Your chimney will be no match for this stuff. It hardens fast, so do not mix much and be ready IMMEDIATELY once mixed to apply. I cannot say this enough...USE GLOVES!

Answer:
You cannot used it to seal a chimney. The material would set to quick before an even coat could be applied. You would need to look into a Masonry type coating and then seal it with a Masonry sealer after 28 days.

Thank you for your inquiry. This product can be used on the exterior of of a chimney or even up around the top of the flue. The Leak Stopper should not be used near or around the fire box.

Weep holes are purposefully there to help the water to 'get out' when a storm happens -

During a rain event, the masonry wall absorbs a tremendous amount of water and and stores it. The weep hole is designed for two purposes. 1. It provides an opening to allow water to drain out through the bottom of the wall. 2. It is intended to allow ventilating air to enter behind the wall to help dry the structure."
I dont necessarily recommend filling the gaps/holes with cement - contact home builder first Read Less

Thanks for your question. Leak stopper can stop the weeping, however, it sounds like you may have a larger issue that you may want to have looked at.

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by most dependable, efficient, and easy way to stop leaks 20 LB. GRAY LEAK STOPPER is the most dependable, efficient, and easy way to stop any existing and/or redundant leak. Follow the instructions - along with the ratios though - and be prepared to mix and fill rather quickly because this cement does bond/dry rather fast and will turn into clumps before you know it - making it hard to fill and hard to seal completely April 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good product follow the mixing instructions and the stuff really does the job September 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Product I recently completed a project which required me to put a hole through my concrete and stone basement wall, below grade. I had originally used Thoroseal to waterproof the hole. After the first hard, heavy rain I had water inside my basement. It wasn't coming in from just one spot, but many around the intrusion. I tried Leak Stopper next. I chiseled out as much of the Thoroseal as I could, and mixed up the Leak Stopper. I applied it to the wall per the directions and let it dry. The patch looks great, and after the next several heavy rains, continues to be water tight! July 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works Great!! Had wet floors inside the house. Turns out there was a crack on the outside, causing slow interior penetration of water. Used on the outside to repair the crack. No more water!! July 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No more leaks This stuff is geaven, we had a major leak in our pool. Costing us money, we applied this Kwak stopper and the best thing is that we didn't have to empty the pool to apply it, you can literally use it in water. Stopped the leak within mintues. Quick dry, thanks homedepot. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by owner Pool Clinic Used product to stop the surface water under swimming pool from flowing back into the pool. Plugging the relief holes with leak stopper allowed me to refinish the pool. March 22, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic product! Had a damp area in the garage but until the recent 500 year storms I was unable to find the location of the leak due to drywall installed on the walls. During the storm, with torrential rains, I was able to locate the leak. After removing the drywall I discovered a mess where they broke into the concrete block to put in a waste line for the garage sink. They recommend you clean out a 3/4" x 3/4" hole to install the cement in. I has to chip out some block to get the required hole to install the cement in. Take your time and make sure you clean out the crack very well first. I used a chisel, wire brush and shop vac to clean out the hole. Make sure you soak the area completely before installing the cement. I mixed the cement to the 3/1 ratio of cement to water. I worked it into the hole fast with a small 2" margin trowel. It sets up very, very, very fast. Get everything ready before you mix and when you mix be ready to patch immediately! December 20, 2015
