The hydraulic cements that tout waterproofing seems to indicate waterproofing under hydraulic pressure.
This item is branded with the term hydraulic cement, but without the waterproofing.
Does that mean, it is not capable of being used for waterproofing?

Answer:
No, Non Shrink Construction Grout does not have waterproofing capabilities. All of our cements are hydraulic. The term simply means that it will harden with the addition of water.
