Answer:
Will it depends, because you are asking how many bags to fill a 2ftx2ftx3ft hole or was your trying to say 2ftxftx3in. If it is 2'x2'x3' it would be about 20 bags but if its a 2'x2'x3" it would be about 2 bags.
Lefts say that it is the 2ftx2ftx3ft if the hole is 3ft deep I would fill it with dirt 2-3/4ft that will leave you with 3inch deep for your concrete.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by little cement Most are stone little cement can hardly get flat surface, Quikrete is much better. May 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality and value No torn bags and no evidence of product being wet prior to pickup. The 80# size worked well for my application but if you have to do much lifting/movement, consider the 60# size. Overall a great buy at the sale price and reasonable at normal pricing! April 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good sale on concrete pre ordered concrete to pick up... bags were heavy as no one at the store could do a lift? April 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product for small jobs This is a good product for small jobs and difficult installations, such as pouring a footing for a pier in a crawl space under a house or setting a few fence posts. After about ten bags, its much cheaper to by cement, stone and sand separately, and mix it yourself. Large jobs over a yard, buy it ready mixed on a truck. Even with the delivery charges, its cheaper than the labor of mixing it by hand or in a mixer. Also, this concrete is not good for exterior flat work. The finish spalls off after a winter or two reveling the stones. September 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by solid performance easy to use. just not happy about no delivery. had to pick it up at store. not everyone has a pickup truck. August 8, 2014
