I am thinking about purchasing this to store toys in my playroom. In order for it to be safe, I need to be able to anchor it to the wall so that my children should not be able to tip it over.

Yes, there is a small bracket and two screws included. You attach it to the back of the cabinet and your wall.

A safety bracket is included for added stability. The safety bracket attaches to the top of the cabinet and to a stud in the wall.

I didn't know how much space I was missing until I purchased this storage cabinet. I was using a supposedly heavy duty plastic storage cabinet as a pantry (each shelf was supposed to hold 40 pounds, but the shelves warped from the cans).
Pros: Priced just right ($10 - $40) cheaper than the retail competitors, free shipping (It's so heavy that I felt sorry for UPS guys). It arrived in PERFECT shape (no nicks or damages). Directions were VERY easy to follow; had it constructed with the help of my son in less than 45 minutes (it might take an hour or so for a single person to do this). I love that I can adjust the shelves to fit my needs and I can even buy another board cut to size to make 2 more shelves.
Cons: Plastic cabinet pulls. I will be visiting Home Depot real soon to replace these. Also according to instructions, you should NOT place any weight on top of the outer cabinet (but I don't need to as there is SO MUCH space inside of cabinet).
Please note: For those who feels the cabinet doors don't align, you have to adjust the screws on the door hinges. After a few tweeks, mines aligned perfectly.

This is a heavy cabinet. It took my husband and grandson to bring it into the house after delivery and unpack it. The directions were a little sketchy (which is why I rated it a 4 instead of 5). Once assembled this cabinet fits nicely in our dining room. It holds a lot of items and was a great organizer.

The cabinet was easy to assemble, seems sturdy and roomy. It's measurements were correct, so it fit right in the spot I had. I would have liked to have more shelves, but they weren't included in the description.

So far, so good. You need two adults to put it together. Once assembled, it feels pretty sturdy. Time will tell as far as durability.
