This piece should have been an inexpensive, but functional dresser without any additional effort on my part. Instead I had to buy L brackets and reinforce every drawer. After assembly if you picked up the drawer from the front, the front would come apart from the sides. It also happened when trying to open the drawer. My fix worked, but the manufacturer should have either included these brackets or designed it differently. Also, one drawer does not open smoothly.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The assembly was time-consuming but easy. Once assembled, it's very nice looking and the drawers are very smooth. One of the corners of the top piece was damaged, so I had to request a replacement through the manufacturer's website, but it came within a week with no questions asked. Good customer service. I'd definitely recommend this dresser!

I did not assemble this myself. I did pay someone to do it for me. Overall, it is very sturdy and durable. It is perfect in my room!

I don't usually write reviews, but given some of the poor reviews for this product I felt compelled. I purchased this product about a week ago and am very pleased with the purchase. Aside from a few very small dings (that come along with shipping an extremely heavy box to your doorstep, and for free at that), it arrived intact and with all required pieces. The skill level to assemble is moderate; it is no more difficult to assemble than any other pre-fab furniture kit, but this one is a little more time consuming as you have to assemble six drawers, as well as install runners for them, and then level them at the end to finish the project correctly. The instructions are clear and assembly should not pose a problem for someone who has put together furniture like this before.
Fully assembled it is a handsome piece, what you see in the picture is what you get. All the holes necessary were pre-drilled, straight, and positioned correctly such that the dresser came together straight. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the drawer adjustments, which allows you to set the height and level of each drawer front individually. That added some flexibility after assembly and I was able to more-or-less level all the drawers to each other and the outer cabinet, so that the piece looks finished and each drawer slides without catching.
I didn't have any misconceptions about what I was getting, this is a pressboard dresser and not an heirloom quality piece of furniture to be passed down over generations. But in that context it excels, and is on par with other furniture we considered that was up to twice the price. Very happy with the purchase and it fits perfectly in our guest room.

Very poor quality. My husband and I are usually pretty good at putting things together, but this was ridiculous. 4 1/2 hours and nothing even went wrong! It just comes in a thousand flimsy pieces and takes forever to piece together. Once it's together its not even good quality. Very disappointing.

I work with wood and furniture everyday. This is very poor quality and missing parts and pieces are broken or not having pre drilled holes. Overall terrible product. All particle board and no solid back. Drawer bottoms are 1/8 inch cheap laminate. Would never buy again. Made in USA.....highly disappointed.

After reading the other review I was sceptical but ordered it anyway. I am so happy I did! It's a solid piece of furniture, there are gliders on the drawers, and there were no issues assembling it. To top it off it's beautiful!

All parts there. Some wood scratched due to deficient packing. Instructions clear, but one major instruction missing: the use of the cams to adjust the positioning of the drawers in the tracks. When the drawers didn't go all the way in, we thought we had misassembled the unit. Finally figured it out. One instruction was inappropriate: "Don't use drill." It should have said, "Don't use drill to turn cams." Not using the drill on the other screws would have caused carpel tunnel injury.
