Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 6 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stripped out I am not a professional, maybe that's why I really hated these screws. I bought two boxes,#8 2" and 2 1/2". The 2 1/2" ones dealt me absolute fits. Screw head would strip out before fully seating. I tried two different volt drills and many different bits just in case it was that had messed up the bit, or operator error. Nope. Switched brands and have no issues with those. Out of 1 pound qty 133, I had HALF strip out on the 2 1/2" length. Didn't have that same problem quite as badly with the 2". August 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It did the job. I worked on the job I was doing. I still have other things to do and I am sure I will be just as happy. July 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good product, easy to work with I built some shelves in my basement using 2x4s, these screws and some scrap plywood. These are a breeze to use, put them on an electric drill, add some pressure to hold the screw to the board and go! No drilling required, which saved a lot of time because I used much of the box. You can also by 20 at a time, but this is a better deal if you need a bunch. January 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High tech and easy to use. Spax screws are always my first choice. They are much stronger than other brands and they have serrated edges to cut through the material and hold better. They are coated in teflon and take less torque to drive = better battery life for drivers. I also love the fact that the head accepts square drive or phillips. I have used them in concrete, particle board, and wood with great results. The box also came with a free phillips bit inside. November 17, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 4 of 7 screws = head twisted off in masonry 4 of 7 screws = head twisted off in masonry = left me with a prepainted caulked in place trim board with a extra holes I need to fill and caulking drying without proper pressure. July 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked great Had no problems with the screws and they went in easily. No need to predrill holes. No breakage. Used in 2X4s building garage shelves. July 3, 2012
