I have a flat smooth tile and read the reviews and was eager to try this. It took a long time to ship and came in a random box from New Jersey not Home Depot. This has never happened before from online orders which I thought was weird. It is easy to install but I quickly found out the suction cups weren't very high grade and didn't stick to my tile. Included was doubled sided tape because I guess they often don't suction. So I tried the tape and after just one day one sprayer came off with the tape. The sprayers have two settings, mist and massage. The massage setting sprays water from three small streams and they rotate in small circles to give you the massaging effect. If they didn't rotate they would just shoot a constant stream which is uncomfortable and more of a nuisance than a benefit. One of my sprayers started doing this after a couple days. I messed around with this for about a week and am returning it but not really sure if I should take it back to a store or send it back to New Jersey.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by bizgoody1 Makes a shower fun!
I had a bit of a tricky time installing in the shower which I intended to use this product, because of the type of tile in that shower, however I installed in my second bath, which has a standard stall ideal for a suction cup to stick to, and the spa attachment works beautifully! Definitely makes for an invigorating shower experience!!

This is a nice shower head attachment, easy installation. It has good pressure with 2 different settings for each of the 3 heads. Each head has suction cups to secure it where ever you want. One drawback is the suction cups don't stick to my tile because it is a rough surface, but they stick well to glass. Makes for a nice massage.

This ABS *plastic* and rubberized unit, with a *plastic* diverter... *works*, surprisingly well.
Manufacturer suggests petroleum jelly or silicone on the suction cups; mine have yet to budge from initial placement, on my *plastic* surround.
I enjoy iffy water pressure, but these three sprayers running "mist" don't reduce it noticeably from the hand-held shower head. The "massage" function is more like an angry camel, and of course you won't get any more steam from the "mist" function than from the water coming out of your shower head, but it's a pretty strong flow.
My standard hand-held does not fit in this diverter's holder, so its own holder is connected to the shower-out port, reducing headroom by a couple of inches.
I have one sprayer directly under the showerhead, and the other two on either side of the single water control paddle -- on my white *plastic* surround it doesn't look nearly as ugly as the manufacturer's pictures, which was also a surprise.
This is about what you'd pay for a single, presumably brass in-wall nozzle, and considerably less than a hanging spa of nozzles (presumably also *plastic*.) I'm telling myself brass couldn't adhere to a wall with suction cups, and I'm telling myself they're actually made of a space age platinum alloy that only looks and feels like *plastic*.
