I was really excited to get my hands on this air compressor. This thing is big. It can definitely do lots of things but comes only with 1 attachment for your tires. It's also very loud. You do not want to run all the time. you can hear it in the video it is very loud. I would probably get a smaller 1 gallon unit instead of this big one if your needs are not that much. It takes up lots of space.

My third hand understanding is that most 1gal pancake compressors are made by the same manufacturer regardless of branding, and will fail on second use. Of those who have had theirs fail, some will tell you to stay away from oil-less compressors.
I would consider this an entry-level oil-less compressor that won't fail on second use, if it's used only for recommended tasks (see pic: "Recommended Uses: Brad Nailer, Staplers, Pin Nailer, Drain Cleaner, Air Brush, Blow Gun, Inflation Gun and Accessories; Recommended Occasional Uses: Air Bottle Jack, 1/4" Air Ratchet, Grease Gun, Air Jack, Air Floor Jack, Finish Nailer, Flooring Nailer.")
I'm not thrilled with imprecise words like "Occasional" when dealing with life expectancy of a product, especially in a family that has such a high failure rate, so for ME, this is an overpowered "Recommended Uses," and I'll go ahead and read "Occasional" to mean "Never."
It's unfair to rate a product based on the failure rate of other products, but I don't get a sense that this is a heavy duty garage compressor hiding behind its recommended uses stickers. Take care of this and it will likely take care of your tires and drains, otherwise spend and go big.

This is my first compressor. I got it because I wanted one for small projects like attaching molding, inflating, etcetera. It's lightweight so it's easy to carry around. The retractable hose is a plus. It took a few minutes to inflate. I hooked it up to a brad gun and it worked well. The tanks are small so it might take awhile for bigger jobs.
