One gun quit working after 2 times using it. Company no help. The other was missing a seal and leaked paint all over. No response from company. Stay away junk

Very surprised with quality of the packaging. Not that good! the overall cleanliness of the tool was not that great either. I overlooked that portion and concentrated on the functionality....so here it goes.
I sprayed two nightstands...it took quite some time to "tune" it in. Maybe my lack of experience with LVLP is the culprit. I was impressed with the spray tips...they were metal and not plastic. The cups do not adjust...so there is little room to alter your angle....again...I can work through that.
all in all...i thought is was ok. There was less overspray....you cannot work fast with this either. The tip clogged much faster than my other guns. Again...no biggie.

Something must have changed with this product. I ordered online and was truly disapointed when I received it. What they show in the picture is not what you get. Also, nothing was secured in the packaging so depending on how UPS treats the box during shipping directly relates to how good of condition it'll be in when you received it. Everything was scratched up and piled together at the bottom of the box. Also, it looked like parts were even missing as well. I returned it, waste of time and energy. HD has another one that they offer that comes with a case for almost the same price... DON'T get this one!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JimD Good small project spray gun kit
I purchased this gun with the plan to paint a project car. The item worked ok BUT it did have the following issues: The plastic cup and cap tend to drip occasionally. A real pain when it dripped on base coat as I had to redo the whole side again. Screwing the cap on the cup is not as simple as it should be. It tends to cross thread easily causing the paint to spill out.
For small home projects it would work just fine, if you are careful. With 20/20 hindsight, I would spend an extra $100 and purchase a better gun if I had to do a car project again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYHandyman1 LVLP Spray Kit - Good Buy
Package arrive undamaged shipped from California by UPS. Shop at HomeDepot.ca and pay only Canadian applicable taxes. No import fees / duties paid. Even better if you can get it on sale.
I paired LVLP Spray Gun with my new California 11 Gallon 2 HP, 110v Compressor - CFM 5.2 capable, which works great with both the spray guns from the kit - drawing around 3-4 CFM. I achieved a very smooth finish on my car.
Compressor kept up with my Spray gun, and I was not disappointed.
Set the Spray gun at 2 bar /30-32 PSI with gun fully opened. I set the spray paint volume control fully opened, and controlled the paint by my trigger pull. Lastly, quality is made well - a very satisfied DIY consumer.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by akgarage Looks like a good value
Just received the kit. Lots of options here with several tips and the two guns and cups. Looks on par with other HVLP guns I have (made in China types). Will update review after I have a chance to use the guns.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bldrman Nice gun
Good gun for the price. It works better than a Binks HVLP siphon gun I have. Spraying mostly solvent lacquer and it produces a nice finish quickly. Use it for cabinets and wood work. All the spray adjustments are easy to use, the wide fan could be a little wider but will work for most smaller jobs. Pattern was fine for larger cabinet doors. The best feature is that the nozzle turns in the retainer ring with out having to loosen the retainer which allows you to change the direction of the spray pattern quickly. Touch up gun is good too. They are well made and easy to take apart to clean, the instructions recommend light oil on the needle to keep it moving freely. I would recommend this because I did not and after my 2nd use is was a little sluggish. My only real complaint is the trigger is a little stiff to pull and you can get fatigue in your hand on a larger job.
