Had this product since Christmas 2014. Worked fine for exactly one year... you know, when the 1 year warranty expired. Then, the left (white wine) side broke. So, we moved the whites to the right side and reds to the left. Except the right side won't chill below 50 degrees, and since the left side is broken, it actually acts as a heater, making the ambient temperature hotter than air temperature.
So, now, the left side reads 80+, and the right side varies between 50-60 degrees. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see what can be worked out, if anything.

Purchased this product in May 2015. It is a two sided cooler, and one side stopped cooling in April 2016. Could not get the temp below 87 degrees. Contacted the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. Several boards and cooling fans later, and now both sides are failed. The manufacturer suggested I ship it back, at my cost, and they would repair it(while under warranty). Not worth it. Putting the $50.00 shipping charge toward a better fridge. I would not recommend spending over $250.00 on a cooler that lasts less than a year. The quality is just not there on this product.

First this looked great, it was the perfect size under my DESK and worked OK for a week. Then one day I see an error and the TEMP display showed "P1" instead of the temperature. I check inside and all the bottles were warm. I tried pressing the buttons and nothing happened. The only thing left was to unplug and plug back in. I did that and everything reset, and it shows a temperature of 78 degrees. However, it started to work and appeared to be cooling. Everything was fine for a few days and it happened again. Now, it has happened at least 3 times in the first 30 days, so I am going to try and return it.

Wish I had read the review first. All the negatives are exactly what I've experienced. Worked for about a month out of box. Then the unit just lost any temperature control on the right side. Left side is okay with keeping temperature in the mid-50 range.
Right side has never been able to keep temperature. Now, it doesn't even cool. 79 degree on the LED display...
Open area. Not in a corner. Airflow is fine.
Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. If you really want to keep cool temperature don't buy thermoelectric.

It worked well when it lasted - it was quiet and efficient. It is a pretty good looking units, actually. And even the longer bottles of wine fit in the chambers.
Unfortunately, one chamber stopped working after 16 months of use. Trying to get a repairman to fix it.

Others have commented on the excellent packing of the unit for shipment and that's exactly what I found as well. The unit arrived in excellent shape and has consistently maintained the set temperature for the red and white wine selections.
It's an attractive, quiet running wine cooler and I'm very pleased that I selected this model.
I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for the features it provides.

I got an error message in the first ten days of use. I called customer service per the manual and was told to move it to another location. That didn't work so they had me unscrew the back and check the wiring. It looked good to me but the error persisted. They offered a new unit but it would take three to four months. I had to contact them again and they said the problem was in the circuit boards and they could send new one for me to install. Didn't get the circuit boards so I asked for a refund. Can't get that either. Now my options are to get the circuit boards (I'm really not expecting to get them) or pay to ship it to the factory for repair. If I understood correctly, I have to pay for shipping both way. I made a huge mistake in not returning this to Home Depot when it failed after just a few weeks. Even if I do get the new circuit boards and can install them correctly there is no guarantee they will fix the problem. If you buy one of these and have problems, take it back. Don't try to deal with the company that makes them.
