Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by removes almost no water from the air This unit does not remove much water fromthe air. We tried it in our small camper, and after several days there was almost no water in the chamber. June 11, 2011

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mini Thermo-Electric Dehumidifier Review I purchased this item to use in a small room. I was unhappy with the performance as I ran the machine all day and it only collected a small drop of water, while my windows were dripping with condensation. What should be made clear in the product description is the area that this machine is intended to be used in. I will be returning the machine and purchasing a larger one. February 19, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small, but functional This small dehumidifier has no humidity sensor. It runs until the water level triggers a switch. It takes about three days to fill the reservoir in my fairly dry basement. It would not be difficult to jury-rig a water line so that you wouldn't have to empty the reservoir, but this would take either a modification to the reservoir or its removal. It makes a little noise, about equivalent to a desktop computer. Good buy for the money, but for a basement I would choose something with more features and a higher water output. November 1, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I guess it works... I have one of those indoor/outdoor thermometers, the kind that shows the humidity also. I was concerned about the humidity in the apartment I recently moved into. So I bought this dehumidifier, figuring I would see the humidity level drop in whatever room I placed it in. So far, that doesn't seem to be the case. In fact, I can impact the humidity much more by adjusting the window-unit air conditioners in each room. However, the water cup does seem to gather a few ounces of water each day. And that water has to be coming from somewhere. So I guess it's working, although not as I expected it to. July 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for closets or very small rooms We used this in a small records room at the office. It had a damp musty smell & the bowls of crystals were insufficient and expensive. This has been a successful alternative. It will not work well in rooms larger than the smallest bedroom. The unit fills up & shuts off about once a week. It is easily emptied & re-started. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't bother Everything runs, the fins get cold, but not cold enough. A few drops of water condensed in the tank and that's it. I got a used freon cycle dehumidifier and it's taken several gallons of humidity out of the air in my basement. This one, ten feet away, hasn't filled its tank halfway yet. August 18, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn"t last very long This product did not last very long, used about 10-11 months in the bathroom. the box reads " moisture removal rate of 11.8 oz. per 24 hours" With this dehumidifier in 24 hours it may have removed 8oz. Since this product broke I need a new one but I will not buy this one again. The plus side is that it is small, light weight and easy to carry, if needed. I rated it only 2 stars because of the performance when it did work March 31, 2014
