Hello, Yes, you can paint over the Tuff II finish using an exterior grade, acrylic paint. Make sure the surface is dry, and clean of any dirt or other debris.

5 Gal. Concrete Grey Tuff II Foundation Coating is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Fantastic I made two mistakes with this product, I applied it in direct sunlight, it sets quickly so I had to work a little faster than I wanted. I also underestimated how much I needed and when I went to order more, they are out of stock. Those are my issues, as for the product, it has improved the looks of my foundation remarkably. Easy to work with, but, a little messy if you're not careful. I would recommend it to a friend. When they restock I plan on ordering enough to finish my foundation and more to parge my chimney.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did what it was supposed to do Need to resurface area where finish was wearing off, coated the surface and was easy to apply with a trowel. Hope it holds up and only time will tell

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Stuff I just keep saying to myself, 'Man, this stuff is tuff.' And then I laugh because that is its name. When you first apply this, you think it won't set up as strong as it does. The warnings about not applying in direct sunlight are no doubt because it begins to set up quickly and then you end up messing up the partially set up area. You'll see...it isn't all that big a deal, but hot sun doesn't give you much time to work. Unless you are going to apply it at night, you will end up experiencing this. The product is fantastic. It becomes almost flexible concrete. It is difficult to get it off your tools, but who cares.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does a Nice Job My husband and I covered our concrete block foundation with this, it did a nice job. It's messy, but easy to use, water clean up and really made a huge difference in how our foundation looks. If you look close and are very observant, you can see that I put it on thicker than my husband, but....I don't think anyone would really notice, and if they did, I don't think I care!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks awesome! This coating is thin so it's a little difficult to handle since you can't get that much on the trowel. It's going to take me quite a while to finish my entire foundation, but it's going to look wonderful! So far I've only worked on it an hour or so and completed an eight foot section, but already have had many complements. It does set up really fast, so make sure you get it the way you want it to look very quickly. I'm a 58 year old female, so if I can do it anyone can!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WORKS GREAT! I used this this product to re-due a concrete foundation that had stucco flaking off. I first scraped all the loose old stucco off and then simply applied the tuff II using a sheet rock mud taping knife, doing about 3 feet at a time and then using a 6" mason brush dipped in water I put a swirl finish in it.. it looks great and went on easy. It only took one coat to cover nicely. Note: do not apply in direct sunlight. Great product
