The product arrived on time, but when we unrolled the carpet, we noticed variations in color tones. When we tried to return it to the store, we were persuaded to give it time for the rolled spots to straighten and hopefully lose the color tone variations. It's been three weeks. The variations have disappeared slightly, but are still evident.

I was a bit hesitant to order a rug online but the price seemed worth it. It really is a good rug for the price. I have gotten tons of compliments on it. There's been no problem with shedding, etc. I did order a bit of a thicker mat to give it extra cushion.
Very happy with it.
