This machine had issues from day 1. Its first fault shortly after buying it was when the cook time ended it would keep the interior light on & continue to spin the plate until I opened the door. Other times it would not start cooking although the timer would silently start to count down. Several service calls were performed & the door was replaced twice where the assumption that the key pad installed on the door or the connector cable was faulty. Another service call replaced another main board which solved all issues for a while until the warranty expired, Began acting up again where only the timer would count down but it no internal light or actual cooking going on. The issue was probably related to internal safety limit switches that contacted the door handle ensuring it was closed but mentally I was done with it. Loud hefty industrial door noise when opening or closing & it seemed to have the loudest fan I had ever heard. Best feature was the LED stove top light. My first ever dis-satisfied Samsung product.

We have a new over the range microwave that is very stylish and has many nice features! When it works it covers all my needs. Unfortunately we are experiencing some problems with the power cutting out when you open the door. You hear a clicking sound and the light flickers on and off. Then you have to reset the clock and it works again. We have reset the electrical breaker and the problem keeps happening. This is very annoying for a new product. I have read some reviews that other people were experiencing the same problems!! I will be calling Samsung to get this repaired which I hope I'm not charged a fee since it's under warranty.

THIS PRODUCT HAS A GREAT LOOK THAT WAS ATTRACTIVE TO ME, UNFORTUNATLY THE BUTTONS ON THE DOOR DO NOT WORK. THE CONNECTIONS IN THE DOOR BREAK, THE LIGHT BEGINS TO FLUTTER, THEN THE NUMBERS ZERO OUT AND THE MICROWAVE BECOMES USELESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MICROWAVE IF YOU PLAN ON USING IT. IF IT IS JUST A PLACE FILLER AND YOU WANT IT TO LOOK NICE GREAT BUT IF YOU INTEND TO USE IT FIND A DIFFERENT ONE. THERE ARE JUST SOME DESIGN FLAWS THAT NEED TO BE WORKED OUT. I THINK IT COULD BE A GOOD PRODUCT BUT IT NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED ON HOW THE CONNECTIONS ARE MADE THROUGHT THE DOOR.

Purchased the suite because I remodeled. Like the features. However, too many issues with control panel or mother board. Microwave and dish washer stop working just before 1 year is up. Samsung can do a better job and give customers a better product by listening to the customer and trying to solve the electronic defects. When they work, very nice. Puchased because others I know purchased this suite. I did not have luck with the dishwasher or microwave. The microwave was only used to warm food. Never did cook in it. Dish washer locks up, can't change settings then stop before cycle was complete with auto smart light and normal light on. Does not follow what is in manual to fix issues. Electronic and computer issue once again with mother board or control panel. Hope this helps all consumers as well as Samsung.

This microwave was purchased in 9/2013 and in 11/2014 it no longer heats food. The product is out of warranty, so we need to purchase a new microwave.

After losing my other microwave to a power surge after SANDY, we needed a new microwave. We decided on Samsung do to all of our Samsung products operating so well. Some reviews I read said this didn't last more then a month or two before having problems, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. We had to wait, as appliances were flying out of the stores after the storm. We are very pleased with this product, it hasn't given us any problems, even after heavy daily use.
