Love the design and capacity of the fridge. The water spout is a little small and takes a little longer than expected but it could be due to pressure. Overall I love the convienence of the doors.

This Samsung fridge is perfect in every area. Well designed and thought out perfectly. Lots of room in fridge area as well as freezer. Ice and water great. Don't hesitate on this purchase. Worth it in my opinion. Thank you Home Depot for great service and Samsung for everything I was looking for and then some.

This fridge keeps everything really cool. Same with the freezer. The showcase door is a nice feature as is the cantilever shelf. The things that I feel are lacking is an egg holder and a butter shelf. Rather than have 3 large fridge drawers, I'd rather have 2 large, one small deli drawer and an additional shelf.

Wowza!!! This is the first refrigerator that I've owned in this price range that has actually been quiet and that I don't hear any humming or strange noises. The only occasional noise is when I hear the ice maker dropping ice into the maker doing its job or when its dispensed.
Sleek lines and beautiful refrigerator! There is plenty of room for food and a nice showcase door for easy reach in items.
I'm in love with my refrigerator! I think the only thing that I could say is that when designing a future one make a portion of top of the refrigerator a see through dutch door type to give it an interesting edgy twist.
Hands down though this refrigerator is a true winner!!!
This item was delivered rather promptly as well.

Love the showcase door. It took awhile to get it organized. Once I realized how often I open the door and for what items, it makes good sense to have those things "handy". It feels like it must be energy efficient but I can't exactly judge that. Looks great - slim design without huge handles sticking out. First one arrived damaged and had to reorder but that was only a slight inconvenience. Expensive -- it is just a refrigerator after all but I consider it a luxurious gift to myself.

Samsung refrigerators and customer service are the worst ever! Our fridge quit working without warning only 6 months to the day after it was installed. Repair man said it was DOA and we needed a new fridge since parts were not available. We have been calling Customer Service nonstop and have received NO satisfaction from Samsung. Every time we call we start from ground Zero with a new Representative. We have been on hold so long, I have memorized the very ironic "your call is very important to us" message. Never once have they called back with a status report when they said they would, after 12+ phone calls. We feel helpless and very angry. This was $2200 refrigerator! We are currently living out of a 4 cubic foot dorm room refrigerator (from our son's college days) in 95 degree temperatures.
Samsung uses an outsourced Customer Service contractor so they are completely insulated from the terrible quality of their products and customer dissatisfaction. We hope Home Depot can help us!

We purchased our Samsung refrigerator Sept. 15 2015. It lasted 7 months! We have been going round and round with Samsung customer service for 8 days now and they are basically saying that they cannot fix or replace the refrigerator until service can come look at it, but they cannot say when they can get service to come out, maybe next month! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
