All the features are excellent. Food are at the proper temperature. Had to raise the temp of the freezer to 3 degrees cause my ice cream was a little bit hard. 3 degrees is just perfect.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by DinC Very nice refrigerator
Overall I'm pretty happy with this refrigerator, everything is easily accessible and the lighting is very bright. I like the large center drawer for those hard to fit items and it does seem to keep meats fresher longer when set to deli. My only quibble is the lack of organization in the freezer. It needs some sort of bin to divide up each of the 2 large areas in the bottom of the freezer where everything gets piled.

This is the noisiest refrigerator I have ever heard. Sometimes it hums like a normal refrigerator and sometimes it sounds like a marble is clattering around in the compressor.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by JimBobTexas Excellent refrigerator except for...
Knowledgeable salesperson, professional delivery and installation. Quiet solid performance. Controls are intuitive to use and owners manual is concise and easy to understand. Great water dispenser. Howeverâ¦, be ready to perfect your "hand funnel" when you get ice whether crushed or cubed. Ice falls out of three inch nozzle randomly and can end up anywhere. On the bright side there is lots of ice and no clogging of the dispenser. Flawless performance in everything including a gate that stops ice so that you DON'T get a piece falling out of the dispenser a few minutes after you get ice.
-- French doors work well. Nice features inside including collapsing half shelf for tall items.
-- The downloadable app "E-Smart Refrigerator" is mainly useless unless you like to check that the refrigerator is still running during the day. It only works if you are in a local network, not over the web, so it saves you from going downstairs to see if the frig is still working (really?). The only redeeming feature is that the app will report energy usage on a cumulative basis by month. That may be helpful for the techie conservator. Similar apps for Washer and Dryer make sense to check on laundry progress.
-- Ability to turn on DAL and TALR controls which when active allow you to subscribe to electrical load reduction when signals are sent by the power company. This is not a very prevalent feature now but will probably allow subscribers in the future to have rebate agreements with their power providers.
-- Power Cool and Power Freeze cycles trigger faster cooling for periods when large amounts of food are needed to be cooled or frozen at the same time.
-- Got this on sale at a very competitive price from Home Depot. Counter Depth but still plenty of room for all our food for a four person family. Fits well in our kitchen. Mainly went to HD because of the extended warranty of 5 yrs for $150. Hard to beat⦠really!
-- Not an HD employee, just a major fan!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Bree Great Fridge!
I've had my fridge for about 1 month now and I love it. The stainless steel looks very nice and the lighting on the inside has a nice soft bright look. The whole unit looks very modern. We used to have a side by side, so we are still trying to get used to the two doors with the freezer on the bottom. We had a counter depth before, and now with the freezer on the bottom, the fridge does seem like it has less space. Its a little difficult to find all the freezer items compared to a side by side, but this has a newer look that we like and I would not trade it if I could. I would recommend going in the store to see the fridge and visualize all of your food and make sure you think it will fit. If it seems too small, you always have the regular depth at a lower price, than the counter depth. I think overall that the prices of fridges is outrageous, but we needed a new fridge so we had to make a purchase. The ice machine and water dispenser work great and the fridge is fairly quiet. I would definitely recommend.
