We just received the refrigerator yesterday. Delivery was easy, and product had no dents or other damage. The interior is beautiful and well-arranged, with great and classy interior lighting. The ice maker unit has a cool blue exterior display, and the filter is very easy to access for changing. The refrigerator is very deep, causing it to stick out quite a bit from the end of our granite counter-tops, and the sides are not stainless steel which is the reason for my 4-star rating. Others mentioned the fingerprints, but I don't think its any different than our other stainless products, especially with some stainless steel cleaner. We moved it around the kitchen after it was delivered to decide where we wanted to put it, and few fingerprints were on the refrigerator after.

Bought a Samsung french door refrigerator from Home Depot in Sept 2014, model RF263BEAESR. Ice maker promptly froze over and ice making stopped. Customer service told us to turn off the ice maker, let it defrost and it would start working. This was true but then it froze over again, and again. In Jan 2015 Samsung authorized repair service Charika'a Appliance Repair of Inverness, FL came out to install a new ice maker unit. They punctured the sealed coolant system and the refrigerator stopped working!! Samsung offered to exchange the broken refrigerator with the same model or a refund. On Jan 10, 2015 I emailed Samsung the Home Depot invoice and register receipt, and on Jan 11th a list of spoiled food. We were told that a refund was in process and we would be contacted within 24-48 hours by the refund department. Today, Jan 20th I called for a refund status and they had not started it yet. They DO NOT refund the $105 sales tax we paid, even though the Home Depot receipt says FULL REFUND. They also DO NOT refund over $250 for spoiled food. BEWARE OF SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS!!!!! They are a piece of GARBAGE. Their customer service department is terrible.

This was the most expensive fridge/appliance we have ever bought. We have had it for almost 2 years now and from 2-3 months of owning it we have had nothing but problems. We paid $2,000+ for it at the time. Samsung has been out here at least 10 times and we still have all of the same issues. The ice mostly comes out chipped and chips then get stuck in the door so every time you go to get ice about 4 tablespoons of sitting water drop in to your cup. The ice maker is constantly jamming, even as I type this, I can't get the tray out because there is ice jammed in it AGAIN. The seal on the doors isn't very strong, my 2 year old was able to open the doors no problem. We will NEVER buy a Samsung Kitchen appliance again!

I bought the refrigerator in May 2014, it was manufactured in April 2014.
The third week of October the ice maker started dripping water. By the morning the refrigerator wasnt working. I called Samung, I was told they would be out the following day between 8-12 but later that day a service company called and said they were contracted by Samsung and their next available appointment would be Monday. That meant 5 days to have someone look at the problem. When they come they dont have any parts so it takes another 2 to 3 days for the parts to arrive. Total B.S. So now I have no frige or freezer and the company doesnt care.I went around and around trying to come up with a better solution from the time they told me it would take 5 days. After having the motherboard and the compressor replaced it did not solve the problem. They spent another 2 hours doing something called a "sealed system" which I was told that was the most extreme repair possible.This process seems to be the answer and my fridge is working the next day BUT WAIT, the freezer goes out 3 weeks later and the absurdity begins again. After being denied a new refigerator they send a tech out and find the problem, a leak. They fix it and the freezer is working. The frige is very noisy now. If you have the great unfortune I did, do yourself a favor and buy yourself a mini frige that will help with the passing of time. Today I got a call about my reimbursement for my food. They want me to send another email to an additional person. Why did I send it off 3 weeks ago to someone else if they cant process it.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT SAMSUNG.

We just love our new Samsung French Door refrigerator with its large volume capacity in both the refrigerator and freezer areas. The interior LED lighting is very nice to find everything quickly and the water/ ice maker is so nice. This is the quietest running unit we have ever purchased.
It looks awesome in our kitchen! Take a look see!

We bought the fridge, had it delivered turned it on, everything seemed to be working. Loaded the frozen food and went to bed. Next morning everything ruined. Inside the freezer was 48 degrees, inside the fridge 67 degrees. The panel showed the internal temperatures at -8 and 37. Total failure I want my money back. Spent 1-1/2 hours on hold on the phone and never got to the Samsung rep. The Home Depot person worked with me but when transferred to Samsung I got no answer. I would have taken a replacement but when ignored by the manufacture like that I will not accept the product.

Great product but poor shipping. I would recommend this Fridge it is perfect for my needs, read the reviews prior to purchasing and was concerned about the water dispenser dripping, I read the manual prior to purchase and found that if there is any air in the water line the dispenser will drip. I installed my water line and made sure all the connections were tight, I do not have any issues with the water dripping from the dispenser. .

I am very disappointed with this fridge. First day of having it the light kept flickering and going in and out. Finally by the 2nd day it was out completely. the left door won't stay open so it will swing back and close. The water dispenser drips after water is used for quite some time. (this should NOT happen in fridges) AND the small drawer fro deli won't slide back in easily so it get stuck every time i try to close it. I am very sad and disappointed with this.. a technician will be coming next week to inspect however this should not be happening after only 2 days of owning this fridge.
