Hi PumpUp, Proper water pressure for this washer is between 20-116 psi (137-800 kPa). Water pressure less than 20 psi (137 kPa) may cause the water valve not to close completely. Or, it may take longer to fill the drum, causing the washer to turn off. ^Rosi

Leak front door during Self Clean cycle?

My washer is barely a month old. I tried the Self Clean cycle (to make sure it operates with no issues) and it is leaking in the front. There seems to be water migrating through the addwash door and into the main door itself, which then leaves a puddle in front of the washer.

Have you tried the self clean cycle and do you have any leaking problems?

Just set up my washer and dryer. The washer is level but feels like it is going to break my house on the spin cycle, If I would let it keep going I think it might even fall off pedestal. Any suggestion?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON't Do this! This washer has not worked since it was delivered over 45 days now!!! Even though I purchased a 5 year protection plan, Home Depot is no help. Sends me to Samsung. Their operators are hard to understand. I have been waiting for a "certified" repair person for weeks now. There is no customer service!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A pleasure to use! I've had this washer about a month now. It has so many features, cycles and combinations that I doubt I'll ever use them all. Favorite features so far are that it is fast, spins very efficiently and washes bulky items such as bedding and rugs without complaint. This washer replaced a 10-year-old GE front loader that was disappointing from day 1, so I did a lot of research before buying. Very happy with it.

They explained to run it before a load to clean out the chemicals from delivery. However, upon the first run of the washer the doors began leaking. We called home depot right away about the issue since we hadn't even had it in our home for a full six hours, they transferred us to samsung who then transferred us back to home depot since we had the unit for less than 48 hours. Due to the holiday, no one has returned our call and we have no idea when a new replacement unit will be brought to our home. The washer was quiet when it was running, but coming down to a puddle in front of it was unpleasant to say the least.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lots of bells and whistles The machine is wonderfully quiet and the wash cycle choices abundant and that is appreciated. The 'adwash door' is fantastic! However, even when using the HE detergent and a second rinse I find that there is soap residue left on the laundry.

That was the main reason I purchased this washer for that feature. It definitely was worth every penny. Cleans very good too. Couldn't be happier with it.

'C6' status code during Calibration, WiFi dongle First, this is a very nice washer and it's hard to top the superlatives already posted. Instead, I wanted to comment on two items of interest to product buyers. First, page 28 of the manual has a section titled "Before you start" where it recommends that you run a calibration to ensure accurate weight detection by the washer. That's good advice and helps you get the efficiency you paid for. Here are the documented steps: 1) Press Power to turn on the washer. 2) Press and hold Temp and Delay End simultaneously for 3 seconds. 3) Press Start/Pause to start Calibration. I suggest step 2 should instead be: 2) Press and hold Temp and Delay End simultaneously until the 'C6' status code is displayed (about 3 seconds). Apparently this code means 'Ready to proceed with Calibration'. Unfortunately, the code isn't documented in the manual, nor on the Samsung web site, nor do Samsung Customer Care reps seem to know about it. I thought my washer was malfunctioning and Samsung was ready to replace it until I found a YouTube video that shed light on this subject. Enter this into a Google search bar: "Youtube Samsung Front Load Washer Calibration WF9100" This search locates a calibration video produced by Samsung for their WF9100 model washing machine. It shows the 'C6' status code being displayed as part of Calibration on that washer, so it seems highly likely that it's also true for this washer. Second, if you have interest in the IoT dongle, it's probably worth a peek at YouTube videos before buying one. The reviews I saw weren't very encouraging (YMMV) and it's not clear that this feature is ready for prime time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far, so good... We have purchased this unit and the matching dryer about 3 weeks ago. Everything works just fine, the programs are spot on and the units are quiet. The "load after it started" feature of the washer helps because we always find something after we started the cycle... The 30 days price match guarantee from Home Depot worked very well for us since we've received $100+ back when we called Home Depot to match today's price. We are very pleased with the units and with the Home Depot service so far. We will update after a year or so.
