I have used most of the cycles on this machine and It has left me with a huge smile. I had a comforter that I love but had gotten a couple of stains and looked old so I did the bedding cycle with the stem and it came out looking brand new. I am in love with my new washing machine it is a true pleasure to do laundry now and it fits so much. I am going to purchase the dry which must be just as stunning. I did purchase the 5 year warranty just for peace of mind and because I thought the insurance was at a reasonable price. I would recommend this washing machine to everyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WF45H6300AW Problem with Error Code 8E too. One year And three weeks (((Boom))) E8 code bad MEMS sensor. Corrective Action: call customer no service. Was told I was out of warranty by three weeks after giving me an appointment for the repair. So I had to call The Home Depot's protection plan I purchased with the washer and dryer. Two weeks gone by took off work the non-authorized service was a no show. going on three weeks now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Washing Machine I purchased this machine about a month and a half ago. We do approximately 9 loads of wash a week. This unit is much quieter with much less vibration than our previous front loader. It is located on the second floor of our home and you never know its running unless you have an "unbalanced" load, and even then you may hear a little vibration when it is spinning up to speed or slowing down. The washer does not walk at all. If your are looking for quiet, this is the machine you want. As far as cleaning, we just use the normal cycle and our clothes come out clean. The spin cycle dries the clothes so there is less drying to be done by the dryer, similar to the previous front loader.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Work Got my brand new washer yesterday and didn't even get to wash one load of clothes with it. The machine vibrates horribly and shakes. Running any spin cycle causes it to walk across the floor. Very disappointed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the washer, hate the washer casing. Handles huge loads, low water usage, very quiet. The top, and sides are cheap plastic, not porcelain or steel. Don't spill detergent or softener on this, or it will *permanently* stain. We keep our detergent above the washer, and had a couple of drips that hit the washer. This was never an issue with our Maytag Neptune, just wiped it up once we saw it. Not so with this. It stains the plastic, so we have blue spots on top of this after a couple of weeks. Tried every cleaner imaginable, but it permeates the plastic.

Still had 6 months on oarts warranty they would not replace board even though still under warranty . Bad service and will not stand behind product would highly not recommend these brand for any reason . Disgusted and let down
