This washer does not leave the clothes as clean as my old washer. I've stuck around to see how it works, and when it's in the Wash cycle it moves clock and counterclockwise really slow.

It took nearly a month to get this washing machine. Must be a popular model. I based my decision on percentage of positive reviews on several sites. So far, it does what it should do and is pretty quiet about it. Much quieter than the 20 year old agitator type machine it replaced. Capacity is a lot larger than the old one, so I have to remind myself not to wash more than my dryer can handle. No complaints about it. It has handled loads with towels and jeans easily and did not get out of balance like the old type machines. If it turns out to be durable, I will be a happy camper!

I like the fact that it actually uses water! Unlike some HE washers, your clothes barely get wet since they weigh the load prior to filling the washer. This does pour ample jets of water to get clothes completely submerged and also has the Aqua Jet option which I like since I have allergies. It did "complain" when I washed a large load of bed sheets, however. Made an unusual sound since it was probably heavier than an average load of clothes. It did spin well without getting imbalanced unlike my last washer that would stop to re-balance large loads. Only time will tell if it lasts as long as the last one did before dying (12 yrs).....

I love my top load Samsung washing machine! The salesperson explained that I must load it a certain way, in that the clothes go around the center ball. So, I have done this each washing and I have not had any problems. I love all the lights when you turn the power on. It cleans the clothes very well. The only problem that I have--not the machine--I am 5 foot 2 inches tall and I have to really reach in deep to get the clothes. I need to buy a step so I can reach the clothes in the bottom. That is why I did not get a larger cubic foot top load washer. But, other than that, which is a problem with me--not the machine, I love, love, love this washer!

I am thrilled with our new washer. This machine holds so much more than my old washer. The time spent doing laundry has been cut in half. I love the digital time remaining and load sense. I also love the active wear cycle for my husbands stinky running clothes. Also, it is so quiet, my kids can nap through it. I love the pause function to add clothes mid cycle. The only con is that being 5 feet tall I cant quite reach the bottom of the drum when removing clothes.

We are very happy with our purchase of a WA48H7400AW washer. Our previous washer left our clothes with more residue of soap than we wanted and left clothes fairly wet after the spin cycles. We selected this washer, partly based on its 1100 rpm spin cycle and it has definitely paid off. The washer is solidly built and we have noticed no movement or rocking of the machine during a typical wash. The High Efficiency features of using less water and detergent will be greatly appreciated. The modern control panel and musical notifications are just an added bonus.

This washer makes washing fun! When I first got it in August I watched my wash go through all its cycles for 2 loads. It holds lots of clothes. I love the power jets and the pretty sounds it makes. It is also very quiet. I wish they added an LED light feature around the see through lid to light up the drum because it is fun to watch. I did a load of whites mostly heavy dirty white work socks. They came out cleaner from the original stain my old washer left. I washed a huge bed quilt too. Now with the Sept Maine drought I was worried. I found it uses very little water. I have a dug well I have to be very careful with my daily water usage. We only do 2 big loads a week until we get rain to refill the well.
