Thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. Unfortunately, our stores do not display every model in stock. I believe the best advice would be to talk to one of our many Major Appliance professionals at your local Home Depot store. Hi Geri,
The stainless steel finish on the NE58F9710WS isn't fingerprint-resistant, but can be kept clean by wiping it down periodically with stainless steel cleaner.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 100 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Meaningless Warranty The stainless steel on this range began to rust in less than one year. Even though the warranty says it covers defects in materials, Samsung says that this is a cosmetic issue and will not cover it. BUYER BEWARE. April 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stove Still learning how to use how to use all the features. so far so good. March 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Range! I REALLY did my homework before deciding on this range; and it's perfect! I LOVE the custom look it gives my kitchen. I love the clean smooth top that wipes up fast. The oven is AMAZING - the Flex Duo is definitely worth the upgrade from the basic range. So many cooking options and the warming drawer has already proved handy. I love my range! Plus the Home Depot staff was so helpful and knowledgeable and the install team was AWESOME! April 14, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Beautuful Addition I have only had this appliance for just over a week. The biggest challenge so far has been the learning curve with the touch panel. Little by little, it is becoming more usable. I am also having to learn to use the oven. It takes a little while to become comfortable with which oven to use, which rack to use, and which type of cooking to use. I have not owned this appliance long enough to be able to say how the energy efficiency will be or how the overall quality is. I read a lot of reviews positive and negative before buying this appliance, and am hoping that the negative ones do not effect me. Be advised that the manufacturer is very difficult to deal with. Also if you buy off line be very sure that you get the total documentation of the purchase; FE electronic receipt. You will need this to register and should you have any warranty needs. I would advise that you start with Home Depot before going to the manufacturer. August 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great! Two ovens in one! We had been considering double oven alternative products but all were more expensive and the ovens were sort of small. This unit lets you have a really large oven when you need it as well as a small oven and pretty large oven when you want to do two cooking projects at a time. Really clever design. Love the griddle cook top feature too. February 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Replacement range We had this range delivered the week before Thanksgiving. It received a heck of a workout for the Thanksgiving holiday and impressed the new owners and visiting cooks as well. There are a couple of nuances to be aware of. The first is that the timer is very hard to hear. If you have anything going on in the kitchen (range hood fan, washing dishes, people talking) you will probably miss the timer going off. We ruined a couple of rolls by not noticing the alarm. Kind of funny when you have to buy a $4 timer to alert you when your food is done. Also seems to cook a tad hot.... but overall a great improvement over our old GE range. December 6, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Major flaw Terrible design flaw. Turn it on, set temp and then press start again or it shuts off. January 6, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Oven Will Not Maintain Temperature We purchased this unit in January 2015 and noticed immediately that the 'Fast Boil' burner takes much longer to boil than any other burner on the stove. We then noticed when we put food in the oven and set a timer, the food was not ready when the set time passed and it was barely heated and not bubbling. We finally discovered that the oven was not holding the temperature we had set it to. We would pre-heat to 425F put food in and in 20 minutes when the food should be ready, we could 'pre-heat' again and the display would show the temperature down as low as 309F. We called The Home Depot and were told that we would have to deal with Samsung directly and she wished me luck, as they knew they were difficult to deal with. I called Samsung and they booked a tech right away. The tech came and checked the unit and ordered parts. I learned that the 'Fast Boil' burner is only fast boil on the three burner (largest) setting, not on any size (even though it has 'Fast Boil' etched on the smallest element) He told me this was just a sales gimmick and showed me that the wattage for each size on the fast boil element. The wattage was less than the other burners except when using largest burner setting. The problems with the oven continued and multiple documented calls were made to Samsung. Often there staff would disconnect the call 'by accident' and not call back or transfer without saying anything and transfer to someone who didn't speak English. I was given several reasons why the oven would drop temperature and not come back up to the set temperature such as, I kept the door open too long when putting food in, I cannot use the bake feature on the top oven as the top oven only has a broil element (then why is 'bake' an option I asked), I was told to only use the oven as one oven-not to use the duo, I wasn't allowing the oven to preheat long enough after the tone that indicated it was preheated and I was also told, I must be putting in too much food. All of my tests with the repair techs over several visits were done with a (1) tray of chicken wings, a (1) frozen lasagna, a (1) frozen shepherds pie, a (1) tray of spring rolls. After several months of dealing with Samsung I went back to the Home Depot again and again was told that they were unable to help me. The repair tech finally said he had replaced everything he could on the oven that controls the temperature he finally said the problems we were having were because of the way the oven was designed. Under no circumstances could this oven keep the temperature and what it was set for as the elements do not stay on long enough. I had to call Samsung after a few weeks after this visit to see what they were doing about it. They said they had to send the tech again to make sure. I was frustrated and said he already came and couldn't fix it, he said it was not reparable. I was finally able to convince them to call the repair company and get the report saying it wasn't repairable without having to send them again. Finally in late October a supervisor from Samsung called me and informed me they would be replacing the unit. I asked what do I do if the new oven functions the same. She said I could call her directly. The new oven arrived with the same issues and I called that supervisor the very next day. After 3 weeks and 4 voicemails, she never returned my calls and I was back to dealing with the call center. They insisted they needed to send a repair tech. I explained with the last oven the repair company said it was the design, nothing wrong with the ovens parts. After multiple calls the call center sent 3 e-mail to supervisor I had left messages with and her team. Each time I was told I would hear back from Samsung within 24-48 hours. I never did and had to keep calling. After a month and a half, I had not had any resolve and decided to visit the Home Depot I purchased the unit from and demanded and store manager. I as offered the assistance manager. I explained the whole ordeal and she has assured me she will assist me in getting a solution. She called Samsung and again, the repair tech was sent to ensure the oven is not functioning. I am again waiting to see what they are going to do. I have requested a refund and will not be purchasing a Samsung product again. December 19, 2015
