The Samsung 30 in. 5.9 cu. ft. Flex Duo Freestanding Electric Range gives you both a traditional single cavity and a double oven in one. This unique design utilizes a ceramic divider to let you easily switch from a large single cavity (5.9 cu. ft.) to two smaller cavities (2.7 cu. ft. and 3.0 cu. ft.), with independently controlled temperatures. You'll have the flexibility to cook both large meals, like holiday dinners, and smaller everyday meals in one oven. The Divider conveniently stores in a slot above the storage drawer when not in use. NE595R1 also features five burner flexibility with two dual-choice fast boil elements, one 12 in./9 in. and one 9 in./6 in., so you can match the element size to various pan sizes. Whether you’re boiling water, melting chocolate or simmering sauce, there’s a burner for your needs. The SteamClean option allows you to spot-clean the oven floor in just 20 minutes, but also has a self cleaning for the deeper clean. The Hidden Bake element creates a smooth oven floor so spills are easy to clean.

  • The spacious 5.9 cu. ft. oven splits into two ovens with the Smart Divider to cook at two different temperatures at the same time, with two separate temperature controls
  • 5 smoothtop elements includes two Fastboil 12 in./9 in. and 9 in./6 in. expandable elements, that give you the flexibility to cook with different-sized pans and boils water quickly saving cooking time
  • Warming center on the cooktop can be used to keep foods at the perfect serving temperature until you are ready to serve
  • Dual convection ensures even and faster cooking by evenly circulating heated air throughout the cavity. With the divider in place, there is true convection in the bottom and fan convection in the top

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by This product has been great with its dual oven. It great when fixing big dinners for my family. On the holidays it will be a life saver. I had owned a dual oven in the past. But this oven has more room and a place for your pot and pan at the bottom. When I have to cook two desserts I will be able to cook them at the same time with no waiting. Great July 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by So glad I took the plunge and purchased this range. I shopped for a year for a new range before finally deciding on this one. I previously had been using a propane range so going to electric was a big decision. I am so glad I waited the year to purchase my range because there were changes to the model. I am very pleased with the dual oven that also works as one large oven. The surface is so easy to keep clean...I just use a spray bottle with plain water and a dry towel for daily cleaning. I use a glass top cleaner about once a month also. I think that the new electric ranges actually cook hotter and heat faster than my gas range. The only design change I would suggest is the clock. The light is so bright that I cover it up at night because it lights up the entire kitchen. I have bragged about this range to anyone who would listen. May 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it Much better than a regular double oven, other ovens have the lower oven on the floor. Since that is usually the larger oven the turkey etc is hard to lift. The dual fans are great, other doubles only have one fan in the lower oven. The only two issues have been that the burners get super hot, pancakes burn on #2 setting and the solid black top is hard to keep clean. I would replace it with same oven. I have owned this a little over a year. March 22, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst range purchase! We purchased this range last December and by January the top of the range was scratched beyond belief. We couldn't believe it! We had our old range for 7 years and NEVER had scratches on it like we had in the FIRST year of owning this range. We contacted Samsung customer service and spoke to several people (Tiffany on 8/13/14, Regina on 8/18/14) who told me that the scratches were not under warranty as it was "cosmetic damage." This is all bullcrap!! NO ONE is taking responsibility of this shoddy construction on this range! I will NEVER purchase Samsung products again due to the lousy customer service and HORRIBLE construction and design of their products! December 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by HORRIBLE Customer Service from Samsung I strongly recommend AGAINST buying any Samsung electric range. Too many problems with self-cleaning (non) function, and the customer "service" is as bad as any I have ever seen. They make the process you must follow so convoluted and impersonal that they hope customers will just give up reporting quality issues. I've spent days trying to get through to them (make them understand) multiple times, and each time, I have to start over. They claim that the inability of their self-cleaning function to operate completely (completely clean the interior of the oven) is a "cosmetic" issue and not covered under warranty. Trying to work through their process is a nightmare and a headache, absolutely not worth it. December 16, 2014
