Biggest Lemon we have ever had. Samsung has been by far the worst customer service company we have ever had to deal with. After multiple phone calls to Samsung and dealing with endless inept people there, we did manage to get them to send a tech out. Dealing with samsung was a long story. The tech's they sent out left our dishwasher in worse shape than it was in before. We spent our own money on a local tech that we knew we could trust. He has diagnosed a low pump output on a dishwasher less than a year old. It has been such a nightmare that we are cutting our losses and buying another new dishwasher, of course it wont be a samsung.

Easy to use, dishes clean after you figure out how to load it correctly. No problems for 3 years then the door latch broke. I started researching and reading reviews on this site and others, and was shocked how bad other peoples reviews were. Repair man wants 100 bucks to take a look, and then more to fix the problem. I think I was very lucky to have my dishwasher last as long as it did, even though we only used it once a week max. Got the maytag with front controls, 5 year thd warranty for 100 bucks why not.

Our family has been long users of Samsung Products. We have used their televisions and at our last home we purchased a refrigerator that we loved. This product however has caused us nothing but problems.
To start, hitting about 10 months with the product, we have had to make several service calls and have had our water pump replaced and will have to have another replacement here shortly. The issue occurred again and we will be having another visit shortly. According to our Tech, this is a common issue with this product. We are considering buying an extended warranty just in case it happens for a third time.
As a result of the issues, I have spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Samsung Customer Service. I have been able to get the issues resolved however I have had my fair share of hoops to jump through. Each time I have called they claim the product is out of warranty, claiming the manufactured date as opposed to the date of sale or date of delivery. So I have to send them a copy of my bill of sale just to get the ball rolling. Additionally, they have a "Product Specialist" call to check if you press the right buttons or don't overload the detergent catch before they will setup the appointment.
Additionally, this product doesn't have a drying cycle so if you are needing them after the wash, prepare to break out a towel to dry them off.

This dishwasher has had issues from the beginning. And, now, 2 years after purchase, the control panel is broken and it costs as much to fix as it is to buy a new unit. It's disappointing that, after all the negative reviews this dishwasher has, it is still even on the market. Needless to say, we are done with Samsung products.

We purchased all new Samsung appliances in May of 2014. January of 2016 this dishwasher that we purchased started to fail. The dishwasher would start out to run through a cycle, through random times, the unit would beep four times and the start draining, never completing the wash cycle. Research showed that the issue was common with many others and that typically 3 parts failed. Cost to repair was more than the unit was worth. Disappointing.

My new fav...Samsung appliances! Super quiet! Easy to operate! Love the stainless steel interior, stylish and modern. Takes some practice to load but practice makes perfect! Looking at the range with griddle next!

Hello all...so we purchased this less unit than 2 years ago. First, we had a $450 repair about 18 months after purchase. This week, we have another issues with the water input, so unsure how much that will cost to repair.
Not good quality here. Washes nicely when it is working.
It would be cool if you could have an appliance and not pay for it twice in 2 years because of breakdowns.
