I ordered 4 of these. The instructions for assembly aren’t very good, but after I got the first one together, the rest were ok. One of the cap nuts lost the cap, but it’s a minor thing.
On another, the back panel didn't fit so Sandusky Lee sent me a new back panel. Another one lost a bolt out of the front steering mechanism.
These have gotten very light duty over 8 months. One came back with the center of the front rim pulled out of the wheel assembly. I called Sandusky Lee again and they are sending 2 wheels out to me.
I’m not impressed by the build quality of these.

Instructions did not provide any instruction other than "use this part now" and the pictures were not accurate.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by jimbo Just ok, but not as pictured, bad instructions, missing parts
First, the product is not as shown. The front piece does not have a recess for the handle, so the handle tends to drop down.
Second, the instructions are pathetic, worse than typical Chinese instructions. Not only pathetic, but totally incorrect and incomplete instructions and diagrams. The purchasing exec that is responsible for this item should be forced to assemble this product. If you buy this item, throw away the instructions and use your common sense.
Third, there were parts missing. Luckily, I had them myself and competed the assembly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by tom42 "Offensive" odor is from REAL rubber tires.
The "Offensive" odor is from REAL vulcanized (thermosetting) rubber tires, not cheap Thermoplastic "rubber" ones. A few weeks in the sun and they'll smell ok. TPR is an odorless poor excuse for rubber.

Very easy to assemble. Works very well. Is very sturdy. I also use it as a low-height work bench.
P.S. I'm a mid-60's female.

I use this wagon for delivering papers. It is fantastic in all seasons. The wheels move easily through snow and grass. It is solid and turns easily. Love it!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by George Offensive odor
This garden cart is just what I needed for my work in the yard, I like the fact that the sides can be dropped down without having to remove them in order to use the cart. But I will definitely have to keep this cart in an area that the odor will not permeate other items or the storage shed, if you were to leave this cart in an enclosed area for any length of time you wouldn't want to enter that area without a mask. The chemicals that this product puts off are very strong and for that reason I would only recommend this cart to anyone storing it in an open area that will not be affected by the offensive odor and spread the odor to other materials.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sanduskyuser Bad instructions
Even though bottom frame bolts were covered in cardboard; there were 4 x of these bolts with really bad threading and almost to the point I would return this item. After some really good deal of patience; managed to force on these 4 x bolts with a heavy duty ratcheting socket tool.
The instructions were probably the worst I have seen yet on anything much less complex than this wagon. The manufacturer should by now be able to afford a 10 x better assembly sheet in the carton.
It would literally save the moderately knowledge d assembler/purchaser hours of time:
