Home Depot says 1400 pounds, manufacturer says 880 pounds. I would feel safe at around 500 pounds. The welds don't look like they'd take much more.

Answer:
I don't know...the first time mine was used, the left front wheel broke. After having it welded, the right front wheel broke. I'm tempted to give up on this cart and put it out by the road. If I do that, you're more than welcome to come by and help yourself to the whole cart. It's pretty poor quality and doesn't warrant being repaired.

5 cu. ft. 24 in. W Utility Cart is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 128.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A trying follow up deliveries to the original one many months ago but we finally have it all complete!!! It took both W468764329 and 02416283 follow ups to finally after al this time get the correct and complete parts. We love the cart which is an almost exact match to its predecessor. Trying to get all the correct clips and parts was time consuming and frustrating but in tonight's mail they finally arrived! Perhaps future shipments might better protect the small parts from slipping out through tears in their packaging and the overall boxing containers. We hope this will give years of trouble free service hauling our many beach items down to the ocean side!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing parts When the cart was received, in an undamaged box, I found that the hardware package was missing leaving me with no means of putting the cart together. I immediately contacted the manufacturer using their on-line missing part form. It has been several days now and they have never bothered to respond to my request for the missing fastener package. Since I needed the cart for a project I was left with the alternative of going to the hardware store to buy the necessary parts to assemble it. It has cost me an additional $16 to get all the necessary fasteners including the 8 special 5" long hairpin cotter pins. Once assembled, the cart itself looks good and seems to be sturdy. The manufacturers customer service however, was nonexistent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy, Quality Cart Although some of the nuts and bolts were missing (new set shipped out in a week), the cart is a good quality cart and sturdy. Very pleased. There was a REALLY bad smell of mothballs coming from the tires of the cart. I washed the tires in white vinegar and baking soda as recommended by customer service but the smell did not go away for days! I had to leave outside for close to 2 weeks and I can still smell it.

Contacted Home Depot customer service and they ordered parts right away. Wheels did have a strong rubber smell but will hopefully dissipate with time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well made, goes together easy, adaptable We needed a way to move our smoker from our garage in front of the house about 300' RT to the backyard when we use it. The smoker is heavy; we can't carry it. I assembled the yard cart and built a fire-resistant platform to set in the bottom of the cart. I fastened each of the smoker's four legs through the FR platform and into the cart's steel frame. The FR platform protects the cart's rubber tires from the firebox's 170-270 degree heat. The cart went together easily, but documentation hasn't kept up with product changes. I had to call the factory to learn that the parts bag wasn't "short" parts, but a design change eliminated 4 washers. The drawings in the assembly manual were very small, and poor printing made them difficult to read. . This is a nice solid cart that is well made and goes together easily

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this item I'm using this item for my dog. He's older & started having problems walking, so this wagon is PERFECT. He's known all over the neighborhood & everyone always asks me where did I get that wagon. I brag on our local Home Depot for putting it together for me. ONE thing I would note, this wagon need LOCK nuts instead of the cheap ones they come with. Mine came off twice till I got the lock nuts..And the kind people at Home Depot installed them for me. I can't say enough great things about this wagon and the employees at Home Depot at Power/McKellips in Mesa, AZ ..And I have pictures if you wanted to post those, it would sell alot of wagons.
