57 in. H x 44 in. W x 16 in. D Steel Commercial Bin Shelving Unit in Gray is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad craftsmanship It has been over a week and I am still waiting on replacement parts. One of the support rails did not have rivets on the end. I will have to drill and bolt it together. The wire racks that support the parts bins will not stay in place. When you pull a bin out the support rack and all of the bins fall down. I used safety wire to tie the wire racks to the rails. If I did not need the storage room and layout that this "commercial unit" offers then I would have returned it. I think that it is far from a commercial grade item. As I have a small ranch in Florida I expect equipment to work properly and be of good quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Misssing parts and damaged I bought this online and picked up at the store. The box looked like it was dropped off the top of a building. 7 bins were broken, two rails were missing, three bins were missing and there were no instructions. There was garbage along with the owners timesheet of all its employees. So its not that hard to put together but it takes several times to assemble, unassembled and reassemble.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is a nightmare to put together The instructions a very blurry and difficult to figure out. It's especially difficult to see if the lip faces up or down. Had to build and take apart 4 times before I just did my own thing and got it right. My tip to you, Start from the bottom and work your way up measuring the clearance of each bin as you do so.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from nice size, but damaged easy to assemble, seem sturdy, arrived damaged, waiting for replacement parts two months now

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality Product came with a part which was missing rivets making it impossible to fully assemble. For the rest of the rack, the wire shelving is too small and will not stay up in place, just collapses with all the shelves on it. Instructions mediocre, requires rebuilding multiple times due to improper illustration.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing product Product was not well packaged. Four of the bins were received broken. There is no number to call for parts missing or broken, for this product, and because of the lousy packaging, I would be surprised if anyone received this product intact. On the plus side, once you got it together it looks like it would function OK. Thank goodness for Home Depot. Return of this product was a breeze!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product for organizing crafts!! My toddler and I love our new crafting shelf. It holds everything! My husband has to straighten a few pieces of the unit before being able to assemble, but I would definitely buy another unit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handy but expect to replace bins This bin shelving unit is great for organizing just about anything. I use it for organizing mountaineering and climbing equipment in my basement. The shelving unit is very sturdy and well built as well as easy to assemble with just a rubber mallet. The only downsides are that I will have to replace 2 of the plastic bins that were damaged during shipping and I have read this in numerous reviews, so expect to do it yourself. Also, some of the wire shelves that the bins sit on needed wiring down because there was just enough room between the shelf supports that the shelf itself that the shelves would fall down between the supports. Not a big deal, just some twist ties did the trick.
