What is the difference between model # F10 V ACC 619 CAM and F10 ACC 619 CAM, other than the price?

the 'V' stands for vis-pack. So you will the lock through plastic. The other is box pack.

Is this handle comes as dummy for double closet doors

the dummy function would have to be purchased seperately. The funtion would be a F76
