Answer:
On the top of each locks packaging is a sticker that has the model number of the lock and other information. Towards the bottom left of the sticker is a code that identifies the key used. If this code matches the code on another box the keys will work on either of the locks. The easiest is to go to a Home Depot and look at the codes on the boxes. Answer:
Buy them at your local Home Depot and have them rekeyed. Or buy them and take them to a locksmith or rekey them yourself using a Schlage rekeying kit that is widely available online.

Answer:
Don't.
They are not good quality. Yes they are easy to install and can adapt to different opening sizes/positions but they are so poorly made that it any money saved buying them would be wasted. The unit I bought failed almost immediately. Perhaps this is a quality control issue with some units being defective while others are fine but the one I had was awful from the start.

Does this lock come with a set of keys? I was told the keys had to be purchased separately and were expensive.

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent purchase I had this re-keyed by store personnel and installed myself in about one hour. I installed in back door where there was not a previous lock so I had to drill the large hole and notch out for latch and the whole nine yards, but not that difficult. September 7, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bright brass deadbolt I needed to replace the deadbolt on my frontdoor because some one stole my keys. I chose the Schlagel line of deadbolts because of their quality. I found the new lock is much better than the old lock I replaced. I am very pleased with the looks and the performance of the lock. May 4, 2015
