Answer:
It is just one knob, and you would have to order two if you want one on each side of the door. However, this is just a "pull", as you will find on the front of your kitchen cabinets (only larger). There is no "latching mechanism" attached. I think it is unlikely that you have knobs on both sides of your door, and I think you probably need to order a "passage knobset" which has the latching mechanism Read More

Look at your door to see if this is what you need. Read Less

Answer:
if you are wanting this for looks only such as french doors, yes you would need to purchase two. If you are wanting this for a door for a closet an F10 option is what you will need.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent replacement part The dummy knob was easy to adapt to our existing and easy to install with normal screwdriver. All the parts matched the same brushed nickel color. Knob looked great after installation. June 28, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does what I needed Easy to install looks good works. If you have a need I highly recommend. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a "pull knob" for a door with no latch I had to replace an existing knob because the weld in the old one came apart. This knob fit exactly in the drill holes that were already there, so it only took about 30 seconds to install. It is a very attractive addition to a light weight door that opens to a laundry closet. July 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Plymouth Dummy Knobs I've replaced all of my home door hardware from bright gold to satin nickel. Unfortunately, the 'dummy' knobs were unavailable at the store so I had to order online. Fortunately, it did not take long for the shipment to arrive. These knobs look great and could not be easier to install. Just be sure to have a pilot hole so you don't strip the screws. April 22, 2010
