Answer:
Yes, it comes with a template although the countertop measuring people took the sink with them to custom fit it. I'm not sure about mounting hardware - it was already installed by the countertop people.

Answer:
Yes it does. But I did not use either because my sink was installed along with a new granite counter top by the counter top installers and they did not need to use them. So I can't say anything about how good the template and hardware are.

Answer:
Drain fittings are made of metal. One screws in so a twist seals it and a twist releases it but it stays in place...really nice. Other is metal with rubber seal around edge to plug up disposal side.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 28 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful! I had this installed with new quartz countertops. It is extra deep so I had to have my plumbing completely redone, as the drain was about 3" lower than my previous sink. I'm a bit upset that the Home Depot associate didn't bring it to my attention during the ordering process. I paid $200 for a plumber. But the sink is beautiful and I love the grates that sit in the bottom. Also, the strainer baskets actually screw in to close the drain so the water doesn't leak out while doing dishes. I love that! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Drop in sink Love it! Rack is awesome but be prepared to rearrange kitchen pipe a bit since they are much deeper than what I had. Otherwise great buy for the price. July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So much better than my porcelain sink. Deeper, too! A great addition to our kitchen remodel. Love the undercount. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sinktastic This sink is insulated, so it is very quiet when you are washing dishes. We like our sink so much, we don't even use our dishwasher. Compared to the competitors, this was the most reasonably priced one. We are remodeling right now, so a new sink was a must. This is a great one. August 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with sink. I'm very pleased with the sink although I would HIGLY recommend using the racks as the sink does scratch easily. I also like the depth of the sink but then I'm only 5'2" and my husband being 5'10" has to lean over to work with it. Another reason for using the racks is to make it shallower. For the price, getting the racks plus two baskets was a great deal. Haven't noticed that it's noisier than my old cast iron sink and still love having the double sinks for more versatility. Some extra effort to clean both the sink and the racks but I'm somewhat of a Type A and probably more fussy than most. February 11, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stainless undermount double sink We are pleased with the sink remaining relatively spot free. Were concerned because of previous experience with stainless. As long as we keep it cleaned by rinsing and removing any stuck material, it looks good. Also like the bottom plastic supported trays that keep things off the surface and help avoid scratching. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice Nice for the price had about a week so far no complaints April 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Quality at a Good Price This double-bowl sink came with 2 extra features: a stainless steel grid frame on rubber feet for the bottom of each bowl to cushion items added to the dishwater (avoiding, say, nicks from sharp knives to the sink bottom). Another great idea was having a twist lock in each basket strainer for easy draining of dishwater. February 28, 2016
