Customer Questions & Answers

Can the rollers on the sliding door be adjusted for out of plumb?

Asked by: Alley
Not a wise choice. The sliding door is about 100 pounds and if it is not square, level and plumb, you could get hurt.

How to minimize water leakage from the glass bottom? A bottom seal?

Asked by: Dan
A bottom seal is provided. Also make sure when you install the sill that it has a 3º pitch toward the drain.

Is this a shower door?

the description says this is an enclosure but it looks like it is really just the door. Which is it?
Asked by: Johnny5
As pictured, there is a 36" end piece (at additional cost) that is on the left side. There could be a right panel as well but most people would just use the wall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have researched long time to get this one which was the best choice. You would be very happy with this product. You don't have to buy expensive one. the price is great. It is tempered glasses even though it is not stated in the specification. I think only the difference between this one and other ones is having a frame. This one has one fixed frame only one side of the fixed glass panel(right side in the product picture) Wtht a frame, t looks more secure. Don't search any more, buy it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dimensions are off The doors are very heavy and it is good quality. My issue is with the dimensions. It says it is 60in wide, but the directions clearly state that the opening where it is to be installed can be no larger than 58 3/4 in. That isn't 60in, no matter how you cut it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the glass doors They are well made, easy to install, only thing I don't like is the plastic stripping on the edges. I removed them. They have a yellow tint to them and look dirty and old.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The instructions for this are horrid and poorly written I am halfway through the installation of this and it has taken many hours to get to where I am. I think it's going to look great eventually but the instructions are absolutely horrible and confusing and even incorrect with things like the drill bit sizes that are needed. The wall plugs that came with it will not work for insertion into tile, you'll have to go back to the store to get proper anchors for tiles.
