My lawn service company had raised their prices 4 times in 4 years and this past spring my lawn was full of Poa Anna, despite paying every month through the winter. Their reply to my complaint about the Poa Anna - wait until it gets hot, it'll burn out. I told them goodbye and other choice things and bought the Scotts Snap system.
I'm very happy with the results this summer. The only weed problems I'm having are sedges here and there, but that's always a separate control effort.
I'll be using the Snap Crabgrass Control next month, in a few months we'll see what the Poa Anna situation is like.

After a lot of emailing back and forth (send picture of weed) they told me that they don't have any Snap products that work on my type of weed. Now I'm out $120 because I didn't save the sales slip. Product is supposed to kill 24 different types of weeds.

Seems to effectively kill dollarweed, but does not phase Lippia/Matchweed. I used three treatments this spring and the matchweed keeps growing. For fun, I put a pile of this stuff on top of some matchweed in the yard; matchweed grows right over it...

I applied this to my front yard a few weeks ago, and now my lawn is the greenest on the block...and my neighbor has a professional service. It only killed 90% of the weeds, but the remainder were easy to pull. The clover patches turned brown and died after about a week. Don't expect IMMEDIATE results...granulated weed killer and fertilizers take time to seep into the soil and take effect. WATER YOUR LAWN FIRST for about 5 minutes so that the granules will stick, than run a full watering cycle. My only complaint is that it didn't do a very good job on the easement, but that's because I don't have sprinkler coverage there, it's a buried soaker hose. Some of the weeds only turned partially brown (I pulled them), so I wonder if maybe some strains of weeds are starting to become herbicide-resistant. After seeing the results in the front yard, I treated the back, where weeds are rampant. In a few weeks, I expect to see lush green grass.

Well I applied this to my to use as a fertilizer and let's just say after applying this I have more weeds then I started with. The weeds are growing prettier than the grass. I researched and found that Scott's products were suppose to be the best and so success so for.
