I special ordered a 32-in door from this vendor and was promised for delivery within 2-weeks. It finally was delivered to my local home-Depot 4-1/2 weeks later. Did a quick visual inspection with my local store manager and went on my way. After unpacking it I discovered the screen was cut/ripped/torn at 3 locations where the spline was installed. Upon further I discovered finger print marks and smearing from glue at several areas on the face of the stiles. During installation of the hinges it came to light that the bottom rail was not properly mated with the lock side stile. This defect caused the door to have an inward bow that would not allow the door to rest tight against the jamb. It only gets better, in the 32-in span the door sagged 3/16” from the hinge side. This door is a sorry excuse for a screen door I ever saw. There was absolutely no way to make this door plumb or square. Nothing but junk-DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT A DOOR FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL I HAVE BEEN ROBBED WITH A SPECIAL ORDER THE PURCHASER IS STUCK. On another note, the screening system this vendor is known for is A#1!. Out of the 340 LF I installed it is the BEST product around.
Sad it was Made in The USA, Georgtown, SC.

These doors seriously lack in quality. The material is solid enough, but poorly assembled. I ordered two doors, one was bowed along the length and had to be cut. On the other door, the top piece of wood is placed about a 1/4 inch inside of the two long lengths of door which run along the entire length so there is a noticeable gap to the outside when the door is closed. Also, what I did not notice from the pictures online is that there is no trim or covering for the black screen piping on the inside of the door.
If I didn't already go through the hassle of having these doors installed I would most definitely return them for something of better quality.

This door is a piece of junk. The weight of the door doesn't stand up to its' design, after installation this door was distorted because the plastic connections were not glued to keep it rigid. Upon completion of the installation I took the door out and replaced it with a wooden one, costing me materials and labor. If this is the quality of merchandise that you offer I have no interest in doing business at your store.

My only positive comment...doors are very easy to install. I bought 2 doors to fit side by side in my porch. One had to be returned because the middle cuts were not done correctly and there was also quite a bit of excess glue on many parts of the door. The replacement looked similar but did not match the first door.

Installed two of these screen doors last Summer and both started to bow along the latch edge within a few months. Now the one on the West (sunny) side of the house has bowed so badly that even the latch cannot keep it shut. There is a 3 inch gap both at the top and bottom of the door where it is suppose to meet the interior door frame. Would not purchase this product again!

We ordered this door for our 1930's bungalow. It was the perfect look for the period without all the problems of a wooden door. The installation was easy with minor trimming using regular woodworking tools. We have had many people stop by and compliment us on the screen door.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Duds4Buds Don't buy this screen door!
This door gets hardly any use and is mainly there to open for a breeze in the summer. But, it is falling apart in less than a year. The joints are separating. Look at the photos. It is no longer square, so it leaves an opening large enough for bugs to get in and scrapes on the floor when I open it unless I lift it up. It has also cracked all the way through from the outside to the inside. The crack is about one and a half feet long starting from the bottom of the door up on the side panel - left side. Waste of money and time. Going for refund, It has a 3 year Limited warranty. If there were any to rate it less than one star, I would.
