Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Flimsy Pet Door
The pet door is not described but consists of a soft flap with a magnetic closure at the bottom. The workmanship in the area where the door was inserted is sloppy and looks unfinished. More importantly, there is no provision for securing it at night, so small animals such as raccoons are as free to use it as are your pets.
Virtually all after market pet doors offer some way to be secured and solid doors are more likely to be able to keep bugs out. Save your money and buy a plain door and a good after market pet door.
Customer service points out that they did not advertise any security function. Actually, they did not describe the door at all, but I think that usual and customary features should have been included or their omission specified.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RobB Door is great but was missing hardware
It was not clear when we ordered the door online that it did not come with hardware. We had wanted to take advantage of a promotional offer but were unable to include the hardware as a result. Installation was difficult and was also delayed as a result.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BajaJJ nice picture, wanted a cat door in a screen door
The first door sagged in a week, loose joints, second door was sagging out of the box, sent it back, added $40 of decorative bracing sagged a little, poor product would not buy again... get a quality screen door and add a small pet door, about the same price and worth it!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jesusfreak It's an OK door, it works after fixing the flaws.
The door was not square when we received it. So I had to do some trimming to get it square. The average person probably would not have the skill or tools to do this kind of repair.
The door itself is serving the purpose for what we intended to do, a replacement screen door for our screened porch with a pet door. Install instruction is OK for a general overview but lacks detail for a novis installer.

This door was delivered on time and was exactly as the description said it would be. It looks great hung on our new screened deck and our dogs learned how to use the doggie door right away.
The doggie door is the perfect size… not too big (our dogs are less than 14lbs) and not to small (will fit visiting larger dogs (60lbs) well.
It looks very fancy at a very reasonable price. We love it!!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bcs182 Pet Door Too Small
The pet door was too small for my 2 medium to large sized Lab mixed dogs. One weighs 50 lb. and the other 65 lb. Neither could fit through the door. This should be described as a medium pet door. I am in the process of returning the door and am having a contractor build a pet door into my screened in porch.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gary1 It sould be notated that this does not include hinges
I really like how this looks and love that my dog can use it. It was not hard to install with basic carpenter skills only problem I had is I did not know install hardware was not included so I had to wait w week to receive that in order to use the door.
