Rated 4 out of 5Â by Cliff Recently Rolled on the Sealer
Reason why I rated it four stars and not 5 is I do not know how long it will last.
Regarding how easy it rolled on my brick patio, no problem. It does take time so do not be fooled by just looking at the space. Use the roller recommended or one size thicker.
I powered washed first which is a must. If you have sand in between each brick, make sure you buy very fine sand and fill it before you seal. The Home Depots, I went to, did not carry the very fine sand required. Also, wait at least two days for drying before you put on the seal; if no sun, wait 3 days.
Since my brick is at least six years old, it absorbed the sealer very well and I added a second coat. The second coat made the shine exactly what I wanted. It had a very light shine. I felt gloss would make it look fake but maybe I would have only needed one coat of gloss.
Another very important instruction to follow is to wet the roller before starting. You will see the roller appear to be dirty as you roll on the product but do not be concerned. This product is not sticky.
I changed rollers for the second coat. I was able to use three gallons for 600 sq. feet using two coats. I do recommend this product. It was easy to roll on.
HD was the lowest price. No one on-line could beat their price.

Product was applied with a roller on a dry day- sealed beautifully- we paid $900. to have this pool decking re-sealed 3 years ago- only need $50. worth of product to do the job ourselves this time- Do it yourself- not complicated and very VERY cost effective.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Handywoman1 This product is the finishing touch for a driveway painting project - it made it look worth all the effort.
This is a tough top coat with a sheen of your choice - mine was satin, and it really made the driveway look fantastic. I have no doubt that it will repel the oils, drips and leaks of parked cars. It brightened the surface - gave it some life. I used a heavily textured (approved by the ADA) driveway paint so light went in but didn't reflect. This top coat pops light back out. The first rain, the driveway was covered in rain bubbles just like any water repelling coat would do. This top coat in no way affected the non-slip characteristic of the paint layer. It was easy to apply, covered well, went in all the seams, etc. and dried to walk on in an acceptable time. This will keep the plant refuse from staining the freshly painted driveway and sidewalk - no more purple stains from dropped flowers.

I used Satin Clear Seal over painted concrete YinYang (10' diameter circle in newly paved driveway/walkway). Tire marks clean off easily with mild soap and water. I rinsed with distilled water, then dried with a clean towel. It is very important to make sure surface is thoroughly free of dirt and particles before applying product.
