Answer:
The package says 100 sq ft. My experience says you can get more than that out of it. My porch is right at 100 sq ft and I had a ton of primer coat left (1/2gal) and a reasonable amount of top coat left (less than a gallon, but more than 1/2 gallon I think) after doing 2 pretty thick coats.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Starts well - durability remains to be seen Unfortunately, the product doesn't come in smaller sizes, so I had to buy more than I needed (which made it more expensive than I wanted). The color was blue-er than I wanted but that happens often with things labeled as "grey." So far (one month after application) the product has held up well to rain and direct sun, but long term durability remains to be seen. The lack of printed instructions is a little annoying - what DIYer wants to watch a video? The instructions for application of the top coat say to pre-wet the roller, but then the coat ends up very runny and thin initially and thicker as you go on. Take care how much water you allow the roller to take up in the initial pre-wet. 2 coats gave me a very nice even surface that definitely looks less "painted" than I think it would have with ordinary paint. The textured surface is great (no so bumpy you don't want to walk on in bare feet) and I think it will be perfect for decreasing slippage as it gets a little icy. The real test of the product will come in the next few years as it goes through a few cycles of the seasons and we see how it lasts. October 29, 2013
