My husband and I spent so much time preparing basement floor. DAYS!! We cleaned and cleaned, used seal krete etching solution, scrubbed and rinsed. Let dry for several days and vacuumed thoroughly. Applied one coat seal krete epoxy, 24 hours later checked on how it came out and 60% paint came off with broom.
In a worst predicament then started. Now i have to somehow remove the remaining paint and start over with something else. The money spent on 4 gal and etching solution doesnt even compare to the time lost.
??? Bad reviews seem to buried for this product... hum

My wife and I spent 2 days cleaning and painting the garage and let it try for 2 additional days, and the paint just peeled off the when I pulled my car into the garage. Now my garage floor looks like bad with patches of paint. It is total waste of money and time.

This has been the best garage floor paint I have ever used. It has been a month since I put it down and I have had no lifting of the product or scaling like other garage floor stains or paints I have used in the past. Important you follow instructions. The product may be lasting better than the others since I did use the primer first. I know eventually the tires will start to lift the product, but so far I am very satisfied.

I bought this product to paint my garage floor. I used the degreaser/cleaner as recommended. I pressure washed the floor. I acid washed the floor as recommended. I put two coats of the Epoxy Seal paint on the floor. I did not park the car in the garage for one week after I pained the floor. The paint started peeling up within one week. It has now been almost two months and about 1/3 of the paint has peeled. Basically, I wasted about $200.

After researching what to paint my basement floor with Epoxy was highly recommended. I sometimes have an issue with a little bit of moisture. This is supposed to stop that from happening. Well it is the winter our dry season so my floor should be fine however I am finding spots where the paint is lifting. My basement is heated so that is not an issue. With that said it is hard to provide a complete assessment of the paint.

I followed all the instructions on how to clean the concrete and what to use to clean it before I put this stuff down. I put it down and let it dry the correct amount of time before I put down the sealant and let that dry before I put everything back in the garage. My garage was empty for an entire week to give this stuff ample time to dry and seal to the concrete. Not even 24 hours after I put stuff back in my garage was this stuff peeling up. The only thing that is in my garage is a a rolling toolbox, work bench and a squat rack. This stuff peeled up from me walking on it. I patched it and it peeled right back up. I contacted the company through FB and the lady was nice and told me who I needed to speak with. That guy was a total jerk and gave me a list of 10 things that I needed to do to see what the problem was. I had already sent them pics showing the 5+ places it was peeling. If I send you pics of what your product is doing why do I need to conduct a science project to find out what the problem is?
I would not waste your time and money on this product.

Coverage OK over the Lock-Down primer, but need two coats for good look, need three coats in some areas. Go with the more expensive products available.
