Although it was portable and easy to move around from room to room, it didn't last long in terms of its durability. After using it the third time, it became defective. Air pressure leak from inside the motor was preventing the accumulation of pressurized air.

I've had this compressor for a few years now and it's been great! I've used it for everything, and it's handled everything I've thrown at it like a champ! I've used it with a framing nailer, finish nailer, staplers, blowing attachment, and tire inflator. It is limited in one respect, that it runs out of air quickly and has to come on a lot, but that's a small price to pay for the portability and craftsmanship of the compressor. This is only a limitation if you're using it in a high production situation, but for a homeowner doing diy projects it's perfect! I've used it for framing and unless you're using it constantly for a lot of quick framing it is fine. You can't fill a lot of tires in a row without waiting for it to refill, but for a car or two it's fine. You can use the blower but only for a minute until it runs out of air. You could probably use it constantly for brad and finish nailers. You can't use it for impact wrenches, sanders, paint sprayers, and other auto equipment tools, they need a much bigger tank and more constant pressure. One of the nicest things about this compressor is the aluminum tank. It won't rust, so you don't have to worry about bleeding the tank of water all the time so it doesn't blow up. Also you don't have to mess with oiling it. All in all it's a great little compressor that you will find can be used for almost all the projects you will do around the house! Senco is a very respected air tool company, which is based in Cincinnati Ohio, although I'm not sure where this is made, but just might be made in the USA, which is very rare!

Rated 5 out of 5Â by SatisfiedCustomer Ultralight, well built, ready to go out of the box.
Just received my unit. Size and weight great for us older guys. Used it today to top off tires in (4) cars @ 32psi and (1) truck @ 35psi. Vehicles were neglected, some as low as 15psi. Truck was @ 20psi. Had a 20 ft hose 1/4." Took 1 hour (or 3min/tire) not too bad.To me the size and weight made it so easy to carry around and store, the time it took was acceptable. If you have a truck tire @ 50psi and 75 ft of hose.....forget it. Great for pin nailing, or using it for cleanup. definitely will not replace your 4cfm nailer comp.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by JohnnyT Great compressor in small size
This compressor is quieter than other small units I have used. Keep in mind it has a 1 gallon tank, so it will turn on rather frequent with continued use. It is used to fill some pool toys occasionally, and does this OK. However, once again it is only a 1 gallon tank.
The regulator is not a flimsy one and the fittings are solid.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Mike Excellent Small Compressor
This is an excellent little compressor. I purchased it for small finish trim jobs and the like. For the heck of it, I tried my guns (Bostich) to see how much it would cycle. With my 15ga. finish nailer I was able to shoot 3-4 nails before it cycled and about 8-10 brads with the brad nailer. Perfect for brad or pin nailers and pretty good for a finish nailer. Not for framing, obviously. I was quite impressed with the quality, although not surprised as I am familiar with Senco...that's why i bought it. It was on sale after the holidays for $111. Can't beat that. Very light, small, easy to carry, adjust and access air ports. Best of all, I was shocked at how QUIET this compressor was. Very nice. I would not hesitate to bring this into the house for work.
