Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by Cyril Good Product - Worth the Money and more
Reviewed a lot of Steam Mops and finally got this one since it was on offer, but found it to be worth the money and much more. Good thing is it only needs water and no special chemicals, 3 different setting for different floors is excellent and something which most mops does have and last but not the least, usability of both side for mopping and scrubbing sides is also a brilliant idea from Shark.....Would recommend this product for all friends and family who are looking for a steam mop...

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by Mikipoo19 Great item to spend the money on.
I just purchased this mop after using my friends as a "tester" for a week. I have a German shepherd who LOVES to play out side and then run inside. We have Laminate Wood floring threw our whole house other then the bathrooms and kitchen which are Travertine-Tile. There is no grout really and this works GREAT. I would say I get the same results as I do my "Quickie Homepro Microfiber Hardwood Floor Mop" and "Bona Professional Cleaner".. But with this I don't have to spay a section, mop, then repear. I am left with a bunch of lines from where I moved section to section. I think this is much easier and in the long run saves money since I no longer need to buy the cleaner. I would see how this would not be so great for someone with tile floor that has normal grouts. It glides acroos the floor, Doesnt dig into holes and lines.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by JAQR Does all it claims to do
The Pro Steam Pocket Mop was easy to assemble. The product does do exactly as it advertises so I am satisfied with that. I do think that an extra pocket mop would be a nice feature. Mine only came with one. So I had to buy an extra two.. This means the sale price I paid plus the 2 extra mop heads brought the
price up to it's original price.
One does need to understand this product cleans and sterilizes the surface with steam. It is not meant for deep cleaning and scrubbing. I do like the fact that it does pick up the chemical residue from my Swiffer products used to remove dirt and grim. And it leaves no wet or damp odor at all. I do wish it could remove the dirt in the floor's tiled grout. It doesn't. I'm satisfied with a germ free floor.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by MarineSergeant Great product. Cleans and shines great. Well built.
I've had this product for about 5 months and use it about once per week. We have about 1200 square feet of hardwood/tile floors. Our floors are at least 60 years old.
It doesn't really replace moping, but if you use it about once a week you don't need to mop. I like it a lot better than the battery powered spray style mops because those seem to leave dirty chemicals and residue on your floor. The Shark gives your floor a nice shine and makes it smooth to walk on.
Your floor will begin to shine after about 3 steams, because it is getting all the other cleaners up and restoring it back to the varnish or whatever coating came with the wood. You have to get up the loose particles first (sweep), it wont pick up the crumbs and pieces of cilantro.
It has a carpet attachment to sanitize the carpets, I've only used it once. It doesn't make your carpet any brighter. I don't have pets, but it would be good if your pet has an accident. It's mainly for hardwood and tile floors.
It's well built too, it doesn't feel flimsy. It's very easy to assemble, just a Phillips screw driver to screw on the handle and the cord hooks. It starts making steam in about 30 seconds. One tank of water will do our entire house.
It has 3 settings, I use the max setting on everything. It doesn't damage the wood. It has a swivel which is good to get in corners. Additionally, it comes with the triangle/corner attachment. I haven't used it because the main attachment is sufficient.
Also, the instructions are very adamant in saying not to use bleach or heavy cleaners to clean the pad. We just use soap and water and it cleans it just fine.
Although it's compact and stores well, one small annoyance due to the swivel/hinge design and top-heaviness, it will always fall over in your closet. So, you have to rest the handle in the corner. The cord wraps neatly around the hooks, similar to an old style vacuum.
I gave it average value because it is rather expensive.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by Nancy If you're a neat freak who always keeps up with their housework......
This review is not for you. Move on.
I am not a neat freak, and I have been in nursing school for the past 2 years. My house very much looks like it. Since I passed boards, I've had more time for housework (magic!), and I bought this steam mop on the recommendation of a friend.
Look, if you're reading this review, and you're thinking "yeah, but MY floors are TERRIBLE. This won't work for me!" Yes, it will. I had stuff that had been stuck to the floor for quite some time. First pass, gone. I started by using the stick vac beforehand, and eventually, I was so excited that I moved to areas that I hadn't mopped. Seriously, the floors look like we just moved in. If you don't mop as much as you should because it's such a total pain to haul out the bucket and the mop, and then stare daggers at anyone who walks on your floors, you will be very happy with this product.
If you've got floors you're ashamed of, buy this product. You will have grit free, beautiful floors in no time flat!
I guess a con is that my cats are highly suspicious of the vacuum cleaner looking thing that spits steam.
