Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product at a great price!! It only took about a half hour to install in the summer winter hook up in my boiler. Water temperature is now fully adjustable. No more scalding hot water. Thank you Home Depot! June 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by saved by sharkbite the inspector came to check the rough in plumbing I did for my new tub. he said 'where is the mixing valve'. I said 'the what?'. he said code requires a mixing valve to limit hot water temp to 120 degrees at the faucet. that apparently has been code since 2009. his interpretation is that it has to be proximate to the location of the faucet - not on the water heater outlet, where a rational person would put it. so I had to squeeze one in under the tub, which was already in place with the surrounding structure firmly in place. sharkbite to the rescue. it was fairly easy to reconfigure the plumbing without needing to sweat new fittings under, and very near, the fiberglass & acrylic whirlpool and associated plastic jet plumbing. I'm very happy these things exist and eliminate the need for bringing in a high priced monetary extraction specialist (plumber) October 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by just what I needed Needed a mixing (temporing) valve to pass a plumbing inspection in our public restroom. This was the best price and easy to install. April 7, 2015
