Product Overview

The 3/4 in. x 1/2 in. SharkBite Push-Fit Reducer coupling allows you to make a connection from 3/4 in. Pipe and reduce down to a 1/2 in. Pipe. SharkBite fittings are the easiest way to join copper, CPVC or PEX pipe in any combination with no soldering, clamps, unions or glue. Just insert the pipe and the stainless steel teeth bite down and grip tight, while a specially formulated O-ring compresses to create a perfect seal. Disassembly is just as fast using the simple disconnect tool so fittings and valves can be easily changed and reused. They can even be rotated after assembly for easier installation in tight spaces. SharkBite Fittings are certified for potable water supply and hydronic heating applications. Get SharkBite and get a grip on your next plumbing project.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product There was a small leak at first for the half inch end but that just could have been because the pipe was cut weird November 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Expensively worth it I have used these shark bite connections before. Initially worried about them leaking but I first used them in an accessible place for over a year, no leaks. So I decided to use them inside a covered wall. Pretty expensive, so know your size before you buy. February 11, 2014
