I bought this because I have little space in my kitchen and thought this would be better than having a microwave and toaster oven on my countertop so I thought this could save me some space. We'll it did I really loved this product but if I was grilling or baking in it and wanted to warm up something in the microwave I couldn't because it was busy so I had to wait for it to be done. And I didn't like that and also the First time I plugged it in it worked great but would not turn off unless I unplugged it so returned it that same week I got it. And also was to confusing to use so I just went with a regular microwave and regular convection toaster oven instead.

I bought this microwave at the store through its website. I wanted a Sharp because my previous micro was a Sharp, and it lasted 20 years. I thought it might be nice to add the convenience of a convection oven, since I have a single oven. I realize the problem was not Home Depot's but the delivery service. I waited 16 days before I finally got the oven. Then when we opened the box, the oven was dented and the door wouldn't shut properly. Home Depot was very quick and kind about refunding our money. I got my new microwave at a competitor the following weekend.

Compact size yet very powerful and versatile. Recipe book included with great info. I cooked a shrimp dish the first night the microwave arrived. The outcome was better than I expected. The shrimp was tender and tasty - much better than when I've used a conventional oven. I am more than pleased with this product.

We had very high hopes for this microwave / convection oven combo when we purchased it! But the truth is the thing is the thing is seriously under-powered; to the point of it not even being able to pop a a bag of popcorn correctly on the microwave side, or cook on the convection side correctly. Just a terrible product! But on top of that the instructions read and work like a darn hi-tech machine - Not intuative at all! In short, a real pain in the neck! I returned it! Don't waist your time or money!

Having used many microwave convection ovens over time, I must say this Sharp 2Grill is very impressive. The auto cook features are very accurate, the unit appears to be well made, and does everything that Sharp says it will with no issues. If your looking for a small powerhouse of a do everything cooking tool than you want this Sharp.

I am very impressed with the look of it, classy and not humongous. Just what I was looking for. I have only had it a couple of weeks so am not totally familiar with all it can do....so far, it is smarter than I am. Seems you can program it to do everything but mop the floors....maybe it can do that too! Microwave works like any other, and I think I will like the convection oven. Have used it a few times and so far great results. The oven does throw off a lot of heat so needs to be unobstructed on top.

I am very pleased with this appliance, it replaces one that was exactly like it. My other Microwave-convection oven was the same model and style was about 10 years old and had recently blown a fuse inside. I had the fuse replaced but decided to purchase a new microwave-confection oven for myself. My daughter is using the older one. My only complaint is I wished the interior were bigger, but to my knowledge this is the only size this is sold in.
